9/11 was a tragedy. But because of this isolated tragedy All Americans have lost a great deal of freedom and constitutional rights. I cannot believe that the people of this country are as hopelessly paranoid as of government makes us out to be. I just want to punch every TSA person I see frisking an elder person, why? I think they should all wear swastikas on their arms. Yes I have my papers (passport) in order. I can't believe I am talking about AMERICA.

Just a ball park answer for a ball park question. If you are working for a company and you put your two weeks notice, the day you do this they tell you don't worry about coming back. Is that fair, or legal. After you put in year at the company. This company over the year didn't give you one raise, didn't allow breaks or lunches. Then when you put a two weeks notice in the tell you not to come back. That is still to weeks pay, right???? Anyone in the legal field can you help me out?????

"To actually say liberals love terrorists more than our troops is an insult to liberal military families?"

a question that was revelation as to the character of a lot of the conservative participants. i thought this was something we could agree upon. that, inherently, all military men and women were of equal value seems like such a reasonable notion.
i was shocked to hear that the military participation of liberals, no matter how significant, was insignificant.
americans are not americans any more. and if you think waving a flag gets you into heaven i suggest you choose one of the flags draped over the coffin of a couple of my liberal dead veteran relatives.
to this we may hear, oh yeah the TWO liberals in war...how many are necessary? you have no idea the level of depravity evoked in such intellectually and spiritually retarded sentiment.
so to those that were so callous and vulgar. screw off, this country is not yours, its ours.

My husband's currently deployed to Iraq. We're going to have a one month old daughter when he's home on leave for two weeks that he'll be meeting for the first time. Is there anything special you could recommend we do as a family...or that I could do for him?

Second...he won't be home again until sometime next year (our daughter will be at least 8 months old). Are there any problems I can expect from either our child, him, or both? What kinds of issues can I expect...like bonding for example...?

What was the reasons why the Japanese decided to get involded in WWII against America? I'd like to know as well if the Japanese and the Germans were allies at any point during the war since they had an enemy in common.
I did study it in school but don't remember and don't have the books anymore.
