They are not held accountable for their actions by their constituits ( only by their party who are stuck in the same mind set which he/she is because of their party's way of thinking )

I was in a tight spot a month or so ago, and I applied for a payday loan from the most reliable looking site I could find. They submitted all my information to several other companies. Then someone stole my checking account number from that transaction. They kept taking money from my account, so I closed it, per the bank's advice. I recieved a very threatening call from this "CMG Group, LLC" and they threatened to come get me at work and take me to Florida to go to jail for fraud. They stated it was file downloading fraud and bank fraud. They told me they would "ruin my life" and "make sure I could never be employed again". I had a hard time understanding the woman, so I asked for her supervisor. He said "You are bad and now you go to jail forever." He then hung up. I have the number they called from on my caller ID, but they won't let me talk to anyone from CMG to settle this.

I never took a loan with these people. Does anyone know what I should do?

you had a right to vote not guilty. I.E. lets say someone is being accused of X crime and the evidence showed guilt but you believed that the law was unjust you had the right to then vote not guilty. Anyone who knows where I could find proof of this to settle an argument with a friend of mine gets 10 points.

I want to stress that myself or anybody else thats invovled in this debate is not currently invovled with the courts in any way shape of form.

I have a few questions: 1) what branch of the military is the easiest to get into/how do I get into it after college? 2) Is there any way you can be in the military and just have a job where you remain perpetually in the United States and never have to go overseas no matter what? 3) How intense is the basic training? Is it like a boot camp where people yell at you constantly? (because between you and me I really cannot take being yelled at like that. I would never complain, but at the same time I am only able to do what I am capable of, even if someone is yelling at me). 4) How long does basic training take, and do they provide you with the things you need to live off of while in training? 5) Do they provide you with a job and/or an affordable place to stay? If you had a family would they accomodate the family too?

My neighbor has a shed on my property and I told him he could leave it there because its been there for 70 yrs already. However, I also told him that since its rotting out that he was not allowed to rebuild it. Now he is taking off the sides, putting in a new sill, and new floor because its all rotted out. The town is not requiring him to get a permit because they say its a repair? When does a repair become a rebuild?

"They are of the People, and return again to mix with the People, having no more durable preeminence than the different Grains of Sand in an Hourglass. Such an Assembly cannot easily become dangerous to Liberty. They are the Servants of the People, sent together to do the People's Business, and promote the public Welfare; their Powers must be sufficient, or their Duties cannot be performed. They have no profitable Appointments, but a mere Payment of daily Wages, such as are scarcely equivalent to their Expences; so that, having no Chance for great Places, and enormous Salaries or Pensions, as in some Countries, there is no triguing or bribing for Elections"

Do you think he meant that careerists in Congress were to be treated as royalty and lavished with riches the rest of their lives?

Do you think he meant they were to be treated differentially than the rest of us? That their perks and benefits should exceed the average citizen?

We need a citizen legislature, NOW!

An employee was "shopped" at work, and was never made aware that their conversation was recorded. Our boss said this was legal, is it? I always thought that you had to be told that you were being recorded on the phone? (This fellow employee is devestated, they had a great shop, but they are upset about the situation.)
