Is Iran a permanent memeber of the United Nations???? Is it even a member of the organization..... please, i need an answer.

Yes, which is one of many excellent reasons for the USA to completely divest itself from the UN.

The thought of any other country (especially barbaric Islamic nations, like Iran) having a say in the expenditure of US resources sickens me.

Yes Iran is a member of the UN and membership is supposed to be permanent. Iran is not a permanent member of the Security Council of the UN. US, Russia, Britain, France, and China are permanent members of Security Council.
