i ordered some flowers for my ex at work. and we wanted it to stay between us two. the company i used was part of interflora and a girl worked for them who knew a girl who worked where i worked. so she went around to my ex and told her she knew who sent the flowers because she knows someone who works there. i bought them flowers in confidence and wanted to stay annoymous. Why has it been leaked out ? this is brech of confidence and breach of contract. what should i do ? should i ring the company up and complain ?

I came off of active duty in Dec of 2006,i am now on reserve status with the marine corps. I had a 2006 toyota Tacoma when i joined and got behind,i paid it up when i came home in june from boot camp but got behind again when i left in july for trainning and came home in dec. My truck has been taken this morning but i was told by my unit i should have 6 months to catch it up. Can my truck be taken or should i be given the 6 months to pay for it. I have been giving double payments for 3 months now.

Ignorant of numerous forces beyond their control that they created decades ago.
Greed started the demise of the US economy.
Now its time to pay up.
To bad.
Most things Americans buy are NOT made in America. Most things Europeans and Asians buy are NOT made in America.
The dollar is weakening. Europeans and Asians have less and less reason to support the US economy because of the weakening dollar,agriculture losses,the severely weakening residential construction industry,oil/gas prices rising(europe has high gas prices but they have numerous alternatives to vehicle travel-we dont-California has NO true state transportation system),etc...... The list is longer than I can write.

It hit them by backing up out of a parking lot where i was trying to pull up so my mom could put the packages in the car. I didnt have a licenses driver with me. and the car i hit had a minor scratch but they insisted on getting my information i gave them my license number and my moms insurance info. ...

i am 17 years old i just got a speeding ticket for going 15 mph over in a 35 mph zone. Have you applied for Italian duel citizenship (through bloodline) at the Italian Consulate in New York? If so I have some inquiries:

How long did you have to wait for an interview date?
How long did you have to wait for your application to eb completed and receive your new passport?

Where can I get documents translated into Italian that will be accepted by the new york consulate?

Does the application require divorce certificates? Only my parents are divorced.

Conservatives saying spend whatever it takes and stay as long as it takes to help the Iraqis and Liberals saying we are spending too much .. we should be spending it on Americans instead and that there is no helping them.. especially when we can help Americans first....

So many people feel that it is necessary to follow and support your country, no matter what the circumstances. What troubles me is that part of being a citizen is publically speaking out about the government. If free speach was created in a way that allowed us to question the government, then why do so many people think it is so wrong?

Let's just assume, for the sake of argument, that the decision to go into Iraq was wrong, and that the only reason al Qaeda is there is because of our actions. Just for this question, assume it. That way no discussion of the past is relevant.

But today we are faced with this situation: al Qaeda is in Iraq NOW. We are fighting them there NOW. American policy is to fight them and deny them a base of operations. They are stirring up existing sectarian hatreds to create chaos and get the US to leave.

We can fight them, as we and they are engaged there right now, and demonstrate to the Iraqis that we are committed to helping the government. Already the perception of our increased commitment is resulting in some Iraqi leaders withdrawing support for the sectarian militias and looking to the central government for protection. We can take lemons and make lemonade, if you will.

Or we can withdraw.

The California State assembly is considering a ban on the use of the words.. . . 'Mom and Dad' in text books . Proponents say that it 'threatens' gay people and their lifestyle . I believe the State Senator who is supporting this is a woman named Kiehl(not sure on the name) and it's Sb 777 . Also they want students to be able to use whatever bathrooms they feel describe them best . In other words, gender discrimination is already against the law, but now they want it to apply as 'whatever gender each individual perceives themselves to be' .


Is Earnest crazy and stupid for not understanding this ?

Are Kiehl and supporters of this crazy and stupid for even considering the ban on the words. . . 'Mom and Dad' ?
