Criminals are still criminals whether they come to the U.S. legally or not. Open borders are not probably not going to make a difference in the number of criminals that come here. It's already been shown that a large percentage of illegals are here commiting crimes beyond the crime of comming here illegally.

Open borders invite EVERYTHING!
The government has a responsibility to protect CITIZENS.
More than 25% of all prisoners in FEDERAL prisons are ILLEGAL aliens.
CLOSE the borders to any one and any THING that has not been checked prior to crossing the border.

No, it would just provide business owners with more cheap labor. This is the whole reason the border laws are not enforced to the max.

I haven't seen any evidence to suggest that immigrants are committing crimes at any higher rate than citizens.
