I have tobacco free, niccotine free, tar free herbal shisha. Are there any laws out there that say minors can't smoke it? So far as I know it's alright as long as they're not in public.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I believe no war is lost until one side capitulates. (Subquestion: Why would the enemy surrender when they observe our less than glorius statesmen in D.C. quitting every day?) It seems to me that the Democrats on Capital Hill have misinturpreted the will of the people and have let their hatred of George Bush blind them. I truly believe that most poeple still want to win and think there is hope for the situation.

Just because you support the rights of holocaust deniers does not means you support what they have to say.

If the government can make writting or speech illegal they can therefore reinterpret history as they see fit.

I say let these idiots say whatever they want and let the public be the judge.

I would rather know who these people are so I can challenge their views than to have them keep their thoughts entirely private (and unchallenged).

For the people against illegal immigrants: What would you do if you lived in a country that did not have enough work at a living wage to keep your family in food? What would you do it another country had jobs where you could earn enough to live on (not necessarily well) and still send money home to your family

Ted Kennedy invited the American Civil Liberties Union,
the National Immigration Law Center, the National Council
of La Raza, the Service Employees International Union,
the Chamber of Commerce and the Essential Worker
Immigration Coalition to help him craft his
comprehensive immigration-reform bill. Completely ignored in this process are American citizens!

I am outraged, that any attempt to draft a legitimate
immigration bill that would satisfy the American people
has been stolen away by "open-border" lobbyists! This is an issue that both sided seem to be closer in agreement on. I'm off to fax my reps and Kennedy as well...........

As we foreign nationals understand, thousands of US key mid level serving US military personnel are leaving the US military!

The Domocrats serving notice in-concert with the opinion of the US people to end / withdraw from Iraq. The Republicans hell bent on its continuation irrespective of how many more thousands (as in Veitnam) US military and its allies soldiers are to fall and pay the price.

President Bush, totally beleiving he is not accountable to congress, the opinion and will of the American Nation or to anyone - imposes his Veto!

One man, dictating to 260 million Americans!!

President Bush, Sir, U R worth no more than the despotic Muslim Clerics who dictate, rule and enforce their eveil code on the the very nature that the western civilized world seeks to depose!

Am I wrong - have I misunderstood what U R committing America and its peoples too!

Be gone - President Bush - U R totally out of step, unaware of the nations view of this conflict.

I looked at the Wikipedia entry for Mexico, and was surprised to find that it has so much to offer its citizens in terms of economy, education, culture and just about everything else. It seems like people who were born there would want to stay in their home country rather than risking life and limb coming to the U.S. illegally. I just don't get it.

Why do we never see this question addressed in the media?

The US president is not isolated in her/his religious commitment. So, a true religious individual WILL further his/her religious beliefs in office. So, what would be best for america? You cannot avoid this question no matter how much you play down its significants.

Some people have lived here 25 years because our government let them by not enforcing our laws. What is a good solution? Should we deport anyone with criminal records but allow people who have lived here over 5 years to stay? Should we kick them all out and build a wall? What do you think would be good solutions to this complex issue?

OK, let's ASSUME that all of the illegals are paying taxes (unlikely, but I always give the benefit of the doubt). So, we will pay to, say, jail anyone who hires or rents to an illegal immigrant, and put all illegals either in jail (preferred) or back to their country. We will lose all of the taxes that they are "paying", and the price of produce and other goods will go up, but won't those price raises be insignificant?

After all, the minimum wage is being raised soon, so the prices will jump anyway.

Plus, along with jailing all illegal immigrants, we will have to (or we should, I believe) provide those who WANT to come here legally work visas that are easier to obtain. That is more paperwork to pay for, more people to enforce the laws, etc.

Now, technically, health care costs will go down, but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt, remember?

So, prices and taxes will go up when all of this goes down. Are you willing to pay extra for our laws to actually be enforced?

I AM!!!

I never did agree with starting a war in Iraq. I Want the troops to come home, and I certainly would not want to be there. Even though all of this sh!t happen i think that the U.S should finish the job. Of coarse its easy for me to say that, cause im not there. But how will you feel if someone told you that they would rebuild your old house and make it look better. After they would demolish your house and then they left, I bet you would be angry as hell because they did not finish building your house like they said they were and then they just left? How would the people of Iraq feel? I know that there is a lot of chaos going on and is scary, and we can all see that there is not any much improvement going on. No matter how messed up things are i think the troops should finish it.
