I would want whoever in my family that could serve to do so. The cost of freedom is one of the highest prices we could ever pay, our sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, neighbors and friends. It's not that I want war or my family members to die, but to have our freedom, weather it is speech, religion or just to have life, liberty and persuit of happiness, the highest price must be paid, and I mtself would be honored to do so. signed, once a marine, always a marine, SEMPER FI....

My dad was in the Air Force, My brother and myself were in the Navy. Dad went to Viet Nam twice. I would not want any who did not want to serve to join, those that volunteer make better military personnel. And with no draft it is the only way to have a military to protect and serve the country.
My dad and all who have served are heros to me. They deserve a lot more credit then given to them, many have enlisted by draft or free will and given more than what was asked of them.
In war or peace, we need those who feel led to join and honor what we have.

My grandfather served in the Union Army, rest is soul. My father served in WW II, rest his soul and I served in the US Marines. If my son wants to join it's his decision and I will back him any way I can. I'd rather him fight to help others than to sit around and and suck up the freedom that others had to die for.

because he can. it really is Obamas call all the way. If he wanted to provide up Holder, all he has to do is call him in and say Eric, knock it the hell off. bypass else the position, And it would want to be over. Edit, Now i will answer the question, It has taken me hours to get by in this issue. Having had worked contained in the Intelligence fields both defense force and Civilian. i will say without malice or forethought, what's being performed through Eric Holder and Barack Obama, is a prepare smash searching for some position to ensue. Holder has declared open conflict on the CIA, DIA, DHS, FBI, OSI, CID, NCIS,MI, NSA, and all different action agencys that are to blame for the collection of authentic time intelligence. you won't be able to and could not burden your field operations those with the opportunity of prosecution for going the better mile to acquire mandatory records, that could want to outcome the lives human beings electorate or their allies, alongside with US or allie interest by the international. once you open up this may. you position all field operations human beings in a freeze mode. All this does is create vulnerability, This a a were given cha recreation on the part of Eric Holder, it really is a vendetta being performed through Hussein Obama for his hate crammed motivation for George Walker Bush and the Republican celebration,. it really is political football at its ugliest. And this may come back to hang-out and plague the Dems and Liberals for destiny years. for his or her will come a time and it would want to be once 2010, even as the soundness of capacity shifts ever so slightly. And the interesting and video games strive against initiate in earnest to ruin Barack Hussein Obama.

My folks met at Maxwell Army Air Force Base. My dad was a recruit my mom worked at the base clothing sales. Had it not been for the service my siblings and I would not be here.
In a sense I owe Hitler, Mussolini and Hirohito for my existence.

Well, if my Father never served, i wouldn't be here today.
He would never met my mother.
It's funny, every member of my family that was ever sent to war, was sent by a Democrat President.
Truman, Johnson and Clinton.
That includes my father, my brother-n-law and myself.
Heck, even my best friends dad, only got sent to war by Democrats.............. Roosevelt, Truman and Johnson.
