I have tobacco free, niccotine free, tar free herbal shisha. Are there any laws out there that say minors can't smoke it? So far as I know it's alright as long as they're not in public.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

If you are inhaling smoke from something that is burning, chances are it is not good for your lungs. Be good to your body, you need it the rest of your life and it would be nice if it works good. If you are not messing with stuff, you don't have to worry about any laws. You can be cool without sucking smoke.

Anything designated as a "smoking herb" is not to be handled by minors.

Being a libertarian, I say that if it makes you happy and you can smoke it without harming others, go for it. =)

they are not supposed to because if you get caught handing a minor a cigarette you can charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor
