My AFQT is a 48 (for active Army).. i've heard its the national average, but can you still get good jobs? I'm really disappointed at my score, but if it really wont make much of a difference to retake it then i just want to get on to the processing part. *Only serious answers please.. i dont care who thinks the Army is dumb, etc.

I've been going back from 2003 and looking for one military person or polical person who warned about insurrgents being a factor we need to address. NOT ONE! All i am getting is Liberals, Republicans, and Democrats secong guessing what we should have done. I really need a report or piece of media who warned the administration to plan for insurrgents coming in from other countries.

Daniels has been living alone in a four-bed cell in Ward 41, a section of the hospital reserved for sick criminals. He said sheriff's deputies will not let him take a shower - he cleans himself with wet wipes - and have taken away his television, radio, personal phone and computer. His only visitors are masked medical staff members who come in to give him his medication. He said that he lost 50 pounds and was constantly coughing and that authorities locked him up after they discovered he had walked into a convenience store without a mask.

Should he be allowed to have a mirror,window, phone, or t.v. for not wearing a mask and possibly starting an epidemic as this strain of TB is antibiotic-resistant? What do you think?

I just read this an few minutes ago on yahoo.:
SAN FRANCISCO/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Technology companies may face a shortage of skilled workers later this year after U.S. immigration services reached its annual quota for visa applications in one day. :
If these immigrants, as George Bush would have us believe, are only doing the jobs that American citizens won't do what the heck is this? Technical jobs are being given to immigrants, In this case legal ones, and not American citizens. You can't tell me there are no native born citizens who might want some of these jobs that are being given to Immigrants. I also read that they say if it weren't for the immigrants "Filling the void" our cities would be getting smaller because Americans are moving away from them. They don't state why this is happening but I can tell you. Citizens are trying to get away from the immigrants. If the immigrants stayed in there own country US citizens would probably stay in the cities. What do you think?

I can't believe what i have witnessed the last few weeks. First the iranians capture our sailors, then they have our sailors being paraded on TV apologising. Why didn't we just go in and get our sailors back? Send in the SAS for eff sake.

To make things even more embarassing for us, iran says they are releasing our sailors as a easter gift to britain? What made me even more sick was the way our sailors are shown apologising to the irainian dictator and literally licking his ***, and then they are talking to the iranian journalists saying "we would like to thank the iranian people, blah blah blah". Are they stupid or have they been brainwashed or something?

Something must of been done to them as theres no way you could be so apologetic. They should of just spat in the iranian presidents face.

I just can't believe britain have been made to look like such fools, so iran can get their little moment of power.

It is issued out of the state of Maryland. I live in Texas. We never resided there, but the ex hub did, which is where the divorce was granted. He has paid less than $2000.00 in 4 yrs and does not follow support or visitation order. I have applied with the Child support agencies and they say nothing can be done in Texas. I cannot afford an attorney nor can I afford the travel expenses to go to court. Is there a way to do this myself from Texas?

I am currently in a legal battle at the moment with Paypal, as they limited my account for three weeks due to a debt in an account which is linked to mine. They have since released the funds, however I had already started the legal case and paid for the courts etc... I spoke to the courts who advised me with taking Paypal to court to claim loss of earnings, punitive charges and also to claim back the court fee's.
I feel that Paypal was holding my money and myself as ransom and they were also using Blackmail tactics, which is initially why i wanted to take them to court.
I am just curious to know now, what would stand higher, Paypal's terms and conditions or the law?
Paypal are sending me loads of jargon from their executive office saying that they were within their rules, but this is still blackmail, which is illegal.
Where do i stand?
