Just recently I was at Sears department stores and was apprehended for shoplifting by Mesa PD. I was seen on camera concealing an item and was approached by security as i was hiding in a clothing rack with said item. They did not identify themselves as store security and one man said "GET THE **** OUT OF THERE!" At this point I was slow to move and was then grabbed by a man and his colleague. I was then in a grapple between two men and myselft as they were trying to apprehend me. One guy has my arm and the other is trying to twist my arm behind my back to handcuff me and I am resisting. I proceeded to bite one after warning them both that if they did not let go that i would bite the one in front of my face. The other whom I did not bite proceeded to punch me in the back of the head as hard as he could 3 times. By now they had one of my hands in cuffs and a third man came up and proceeded to beat the metal of my cuffed wrist. I think that they lacked training and were excessive,

What if a country stronger than America invaded America because it believed if would find WMDs (which it would).

What would America do? Probably defend itself by using underhanded tricks to repel the invaders. Tricks such as roadside bombs. American civilians would fight back in droves calling upon the aid of God. The American reaction to this type of situation would be similar to the Iraqi reaction presently.

How can America be justified when similar acts against them would be considered a great injustice?

Before you jump for a quick answer, stop and imagine for a second a world without the United States. Commonly, when a question like this is asked, most people immediately think of America's most obvious influence on the world, her military. Sure, without the US we'd probably, maybe; be speaking German, all communists, or surrounded by chaos and instability. But lets stop for a sec and look at America's cultural influence on the world, arguably equally as influential as her military. Imagine a world without the US, we wouldn't have Hollywood, probably wouldn't be as materialistic or superficial as a society, wouldn't have guns and weapons littered all over the world, wouldn't have hip hop or MTV spreading around the globe, no globalization, better corporate ethics, wouldn't all be addicted to capitalism, global warming wouldn't be as much of a phenomenon, no nukes or doomsday clock... The list goes on. So what do you think? Would we all be better off if the United States never existed?

They call Moderates, Democrats and Liberals cowards, because we won't fear the terrorists?

Do you actually think terrorist will over-run the USA?

You'd sell all your freedoms away, just so you won't be afraid of the big bad terrorist. DNA profiling for travel, retinal eye scan to buy milk, Carry our papers everywhere. Sound familiar?

I'd rather have a gun battle in my street defending my home with my, sons, daughter and wife along with friends and neighbors than swallowing the line of bull this administration sells.

You believe the terrorist Army, Navy and Air force are going to plan an invasion? We weren't even this scared of the USSR.

Stop all the patriotic non-sense. I love this country enough to stand for the rights the founding fathers left us.

You think they'd agree with all the "with us or against us" baloney?

231 years of rights, George tries to take them away in 6 years.

Why are you so damn scared, I'd rather fight them here, this way I'd at least die a free man.

I mean, come on sheeple, open your eyes! Fire cannot melt steel, so how did the trusses that held her frame up give way and cause her collapse? Its obvious the Bush regime wanted her dead since she knew the true power of Trimspa, the one chemical that Halliburton didn't have the rights to. When will America wake up and realize that Anna was brought down with controlled demolitions planted in her kidneys by Cheney, and not by a drug overdose like fox news wants you to believe. Americans! Don't believe the hype!

According to the memorandum signed by Secretary Chertoff: “…The [Security and Prosperity Partnership] has, in addition to identifying a number of new action items, comprehensively rolled up most of our existing homeland security-related policy initiatives with Canada and Mexico, and ongoing action and reporting in the various U.S.-Canada and U.S.-Mexico working groups led by DHS [Department of Homeland Security] should now be driven by a single agenda: the SPP.”

The records also contain an information paper describing ten “Prosperity Pillar Working Groups,” and the organization of the “US-Mexico Critical Infrastructure Protection Work Group.” Unlike previous records produced by other federal agencies, the DHS records are heavily redacted to withhold the names of the US, Mexican and Canadian government officials carrying out the partnership’s agenda across all three countries.

Another record reviewed and released by DHS is a 10-page chart listing 36 “SPP Security High-Level Working Groups” that include the “Mexico-US Repatriation Technical WG,” the “Mexico-US Intelligence and Information Sharing WG,” and the “Canada-US Cross Border Crime Forum,” among others.

“These new records prove the Security and Prosperity Partnership is being directed by officials at the very highest levels of the United States government,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Americans should know that the SPP is a core policy initiative for many agencies in our government, including the Department of Homeland Security.”

When you take out some aspects of politics I feel like you Reps/cons have no basis for some of your ideas. Example: Gay marriage. How do you rationalize depriving a group of people the same rights that you have, based soley on their sexual orientation, and do you not agree that that is outright discrimination? You make grand statements about "the institution of marriage", etc, but marriage is a right that you're barring fom gays. Most of your absurd arguments on this go back to Adam and Eve, and it pisses me off when u bring religion into politics, especially since they weren't even married.
So please don't give me dismally idiotic statements like "It's Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve", or I will lose even more respect for you like I did for a kid at camp who said that to me. And don't think you're being clever if you are the idiot who does what I told you not to.

How do you justify positions like this? How do you justify not allowing gays to marry?

By the way, I'm 15 n strate

Ok,me and my friends were in an alleyway of a building and my friend was smoking pot. So We walk out along with a few girls laughing and an undercover car comes by. They get out of the car (three people with badges and a gun), and come towards us slowly telling us to stop walking. They smell pot and right away tell us to get against the wall while they frisked us. They checked absolutely everything, it was cold. They didn’t let us go and threatened to send us to Rutgers Island. They double questioned us..... They tried to look for the joint… It was funny. I started talking to him and about his personal life... We did not have anything on us illegal. I was wondering what did the cops violate and what could they done by the law? Were they messing with us in the first place? Please everything is welcome; i want to know my rights.
Thank you.

BTW me and my friends have clean records and none of us ever did anything. THIS HAPPENED IN BROOKLYN Née

there is other bldgs. that were closer to the 2 towers and did not demolish---- or if the building is owned by Larry silverstien it only falls--- BTW Larry leased the 3 buildings only 6 weeks before 911 and changed the insurance policy into new one more foucsed on terrorist attacks---he also tried to collect the policy in double based on that its 2 seprate attacks.

here is larry admiting by mistake on camera that they decided to pull building 7 and watch it collapse.

to prepare for a perfect controlled Demolition u need a lot of time which in no way happened on 911---this was all prepared in advance 2 weeks before 911 --when Bush's cousin who is responsible for the security -cleared the bldgs. for 48 hours and shut down the towers ----and after the bombs snifing dogs were removed from the buildings and were not allowed again.
