my ex has been harrassing me by instant messanger and claiming things about me that are untrue to common friends of ours. about 6 months ago she also hacked into my email account and read a bunch of my emails and started giving me grief about them. I want to get a restraining order against her but I am not 100% sure yet. Is it smart to contact her and tell her that if she does not stop that I will report her to the police and then get a restraining order against her. Or would that make things worse for me? i would rather not have to go through all this but I am not sure if telling her would help me out or if it would be look at as a threat?

If I sign a form that says I ok that they are moving my mother from REHAB (for a stroke) to a nursing home am I responsible for her medical bills? Keep in mind that my mother walked out on me 20 years ago and I am only the one making the decisions because my grandmother can't & my aunt (her sister) won't.

It sure sounds to me that we are a totally DIVIDED nation, I support cutting off the funding for Iraq and at the very least impeaching Bush and Cheney but I hear opposition.
I support talks and negotiations with so called terrorists and think Nancy is on the right road but then some dont like this either.

Where if a pet owner is found to be irresponsible at taking care or maintaining a pet, he/she is then banned from owning any pets for a limit of 5 years and if found to be owning pets after being banned, he/she will face jail time and a fine. Instead of punishing the animals that are products of these irresponsible people, why not punish the people themselves.

Another 21% said troops should be out between six and 12 months, while 23% said they should stay “as long as they are needed

I personally feel that political parties are retarded. Some people are so died hard republican that they would vote for Adolf Hitler if he was the only republican. I think we should vote based entirely on the individual and their beliefs. Not cause of them running as a donkey or elephant.
