2 years ago, I let a "friend" live with me temporarily. When he left, he had to take a bus out of the state, so he didn't have a way to take all of his stuff. (Several boxes of cothes, big pictures, mirrors, etc.) He hasn't ever offered to pay me to store all this stuff, but will occasionally call and say he intends on getting it back. However, when he came to visit a couple of months ago and I WANTED him to take his stuff, he didn't take anything. Can I toss all this stuff? My boyfriend and I will be getting a place together soon, and I don't think I should have to keep up with the other guys stuff whenever I move. Help?

I mean everyone was "guaranteed" they were there, by Bush and Rumsfeld. They "knew" where they were, and that was their reason for entering Iraq (against the will of the UN). And now it seems like everyone has forgotten about this. I hate to use the word brainwashed but it seems like thats what has happened to people. They did not go into Iraq to get Sadam Hussein, they changed their goals to match their abilities. They couldn't find one so they simply changed it to the other without anyone noticing. So I ask you, where oh where did those WMDs go?

I can't seem to get anyone to answer this question, so I'm reposting it. Please address the questions, i don't care how your feeling about the current administration, I want to know what the democratic plan is regarding the middle east and specifically Iraq.

Thank You

What are the consequences of leaving Iraq at this stage of the war. Do you feel any obligation to the Iraqi people? Do you feel an obligation to the troops who have been killed or wounded. After all, the vote to go to war was bipartisan. What about the constant declarations of death to America and the west? Do you think that we will just watch all of that rhetoric, and the bombings just fizzle away?

Please try to explain your position to me. I just don't get it. BTW, these questions assume that the democrats will have full control of the congress, senate, and the white house soon.

Give all of us honest thoughtful answers, inquiring minds want to know.

Why do security gaurds and police always talk as if they have an attitude problem?

One would assume that working in the police, they are used to criminal behaviour and yet they still excessivily annoyed about the action the criminal commits.

They all talk funny, a bit like teenagers trying to be cool with thier mates.

They have a tendancy to yell about anything that is not right.

They even seem to have a tendancy to swear or curse and get violent and abusive back.

It is like they love the sense of control they have over criminals?

What do you think is going on there?

ABC, CBS, CNN, and NBC were all reporting on the proven false military records of President Bush, and has yet to investigate or report on all the misconduct of the democratic leaders, why would you believe any news from these channels??? Or is it for your daily feeding of cow droppings that makes you tune in?

The political doctrine of Separation of Church and State states that government and religious institutions are to be kept separate from each other. Alright, but why then do U.S. trails force witnesses to swear on the Bible before they testify in court? It seems highly contradictory.

She shows treasonous behavior in slandering the president, acts like she already has the job herself, celebrates ramadan, and covorts with the Iranian terrorist president, in a show of disrepsect to the president. Suddenly she has 26 million dollars. Do you think the iran president is funneling campaign funds into slush funds for Hillary so she can win the white house and iran can win the war on terror.?

Maybe she was fooling around with the guy too...after all she does not believe in morality or God (being communist and anti christian, promotes immoral laws).

Voter ignorance is a voter going to the booth to just say they voted. Or one that only knows the candidates for the presidency, and pokes the rest of the holes not knowing any stands or views of other candidates for the position.

How do you feel about the Carry Conceal Law in your state? I feel that it is a great idea and only Law abiding citizens should have the right to carry. The Police cannot be everywhere or stop everything so, we all deserve to protect ourselves from crime. I also, feel that we need to use common sense when we pull that weapon and use it. Don't use it to just be hurting someone instead to protect yourself and others if that time comes. Life is precious and I hope I never ever have to use my weapon except for target practice. It sometimes feel like the old western days to be able to carry a gun 24/7 and hope you never have to use it. What do you think?

This is something I want to do and the prosecutor has never offered me one even though I have spoken to him and told him I want the charges dropped. The State has picked up the charges, and I plan to call him back and let him know if he Subpeon's me, that I plan on invoking my 5th ammendment rights. Even though I signed a sworn statement under duress, can I invoke my rights on the 5th ammendment and be compliant?

Playing With Fire
Democrats can have any foreign policy they want -- if and when they are elected to the White House.

By Thomas Sowell

Congressman Tom Lantos, who is a member of the delegation that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is leading to Syria, put the mission clearly when he said: “We have an alternative Democratic foreign policy.”

Democrats can have any foreign policy they want — if and when they are elected to the White House.

Until Nancy Pelosi came along, it was understood by all that we had only one president at a time and — like him or not — he alone had the constitutional authority to speak for this country to foreign nations, especially in wartime.

All that Pelosi’s trip can accomplish is to advertise American disunity to a terrorist-sponsoring nation in the Middle East while we are in a war there. That in turn can only embolden the Syrians to exploit the lack of unified resolve in Washington by stepping up their efforts to destabilize Iraq and the Middle East in general.

Members of the opposition party, whichever party that might be at a given time, knew that their role was not to intervene abroad themselves to undermine this country’s foreign policy, however much they might criticize it at home.

During the Second World War, the defeated Republican presidential candidate, Wendell Wilkie, even acted as President Roosevelt’s personal envoy to British Prime Minister Churchill.

He understood that we were all in this together, however we might disagree among ourselves about the best course to follow.

Today, Nancy Pelosi and the congressional Democrats are stepping in to carry out their own foreign policy and even their own military policy on troop deployment — all the while denying that they are intruding on the president’s authority.

They are doing the same thing domestically by making a big media circus over the fact that the Bush administration fired eight U.S. attorneys. These attorneys are among the many officials who serve at the pleasure of the president — which means that they can be fired at any time for any reason or for no reason.

That is why there was no big hullabaloo in the media when Bill Clinton fired all the U.S. attorneys across the country — even though that got rid of the U.S. attorneys who were conducting an on-going investigation into corruption in Clinton’s own administration as governor of Arkansas.

So much hate has been hyped against George W. Bush that anything that is done against him is unlikely to be questioned in most of the media.

But whatever passing damage is being done to George W. Bush is a relatively minor concern compared to the lasting damage that is being done to the presidency as an institution that will still be here when George W. Bush is gone.

Once it becomes accepted that it is all right to violate both the laws and the traditions of this nation, and to undermine the ability of the United States to speak to other nations of the world with one voice, we will have taken another fateful step downward into the degeneration of this society.

Such a drastic and irresponsible step should remove any lingering doubt that the Democrats’ political strategy is to ensure that there is an American defeat in Iraq, in order to ensure their own political victory in 2008.

That these political games are being played while Iran keeps advancing relentlessly toward acquiring nuclear weapons is a fateful sign of the utter unreality of politicians preoccupied with scoring points and a media obsessed with celebrity bimbos, living and dead.

Once Iran has nuclear weapons, that will be an irreversible change that will mark a defining moment in the history of the United States and of Western civilization, which will forever after live at the mercy of hate-filled suicidal fanatics and sadists.

Yet among too many politicians in Washington, it is business as usual. Indeed, it is monkey business as usual, as congressional Democrats revel in the power of their new and narrow election victory last year to drag people before committee hearings and posture for the television cameras.

It has been said that the world ends not with a bang but with a whimper. But who would have thought that it could end with political clowning in the shadow of a mushroom cloud?
