- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- First president accused of rape.
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions from abroad
- First president disbarred from the US Supreme Court and a state court

Let me get this straight: you've chosen to write an essay "to prove that Bush is not that bad" (I have to assume that this isn't a mandatory premise imposed on you by your teacher or professor), and you're asking other people if they can come up with any compelling arguments in his defense because you're at a loss?

President Bush is doing what he feels is right. His presidency is NOT based on polls thankfully. The Liberal media has an agenda. And that agenda is to smear President Bush and make him look as bad a possible. Whether or not it's true doesn't matter. Sad, huh?

Well you will have to put a real struggle to prove that he is not bad and for that you would have to write a bunch of liesas well .... i m afraid..........becuase their is No "good" justifications of his policies.............All the best for this task Mate !!! Don't try to write an essay on whether Bush is that bad or not. Your only comparison for worse will be Hitler and he is striving to get up there too... doesn't like to be second you know.

But Bush really IS that bad. You will either lie and/or use very slanted sources, or you will fail.
