This is in reference to the captured britsh navy personel. Would there be trouble for a US soldier if they wrote a confession or did tv propaganda?

In Dec. 1999 Wen Ho Lee was charged with improper handling of restricted data, to which he pleaded guilty as part of a plea bargain.

Did you know that last year On June 3, 2006, the U.S. federal government and five media organizations (the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, ABC News, and the Associated Press) announced they would jointly pay Lee a total of $1.6 million to settle allegations that government leaks violated his privacy.

Are you kidding me? Wen Ho Lee pleaded GUILTY to one felony count of improperly downloading Restricted Data. In return, the government released him from jail and dropped the other 58 counts of illegally downloading classified data from the computers at the Los Alamos weapons lab, of which 39 counts would have carried a life sentence for violating the Atomic Energy Act and for stealing nuclear secrets with the intent of harming the U.S. He should be serving a life sentence and instead we just made him a millionaire.

forbidding a failed businessman to run for president?
Make that any businessman! Shouldn't there be a constitutional amdendment that "no businessman" would be elgible for public office. Just allow congressmen and senators who have a record of public service and pleasing the voters and not the special interests?

I am getting married in 3 months and I have brought up to my fiance that I might be interested in a prenup. I have read that because we don't have any assets to protect right now, it's pointless. My only objective is that I am a writer and a book that I have written may be published at the end of the year and has the potential to earn a lot of money. I would like protection if this was to occur! Would this make me a candidate for a post-nuptial agreement then? I am just afraid that he wouldn't sign once we are married. Any suggestions?

I mean we work as hard as everyone else.
It's not just Mexicans in welfare, whites, black, asians, every culture is in welfare.
people think just because we are immigrants that we are not good, that is not true. You're just racist!

Okay. My husband just left for boot camp and I am unsure about the pay he will receive. We got different answers from each recruiter he talked to about it (of course) so I really don't know what to expect. I know his basic pay since you can find that all over the web and his BAH. What I am unclear about it the BAH and the seperation allowance. Will he get either of those? I was told seperation pay is given after 30 straight days of being away, which makes sense. Any truth to this? Also, was told that I would not be able to access MyPay.com until after his 9 weeks of boot. Is this true?? How am I supposed to see his breakdown in pay? Any help/answers/ advice is welcomed!! THANKS!!!

If I have very strong opnions, but I am not a very political person and I don't follow politics too much, how to I talk to or deal with someone who is very adamant about politics and what they believe in without getting into an argument? I guess the same can be said for religion and other topics as well.

According to national think tank released Mexico is a democratic elected government freedom, good economy, wealthy plenty of jobs and people are richer and fatter. There're NO sign of hungers, starvations, high unemployment, disease and war going on. And yet mexican are desperate seeking migrate to u.s/canada in large #. u.s / canada need more white immigrant from eastern europe, japan and india, these people well educate, social responsible, more easily adapt to American society. Unlike them legal & illegal mexican immigrant tend to create social disaster like cost taxes payer billion dollars in welfare, food stamps, languages translation,health care, education, crimes and gangs violence where ever they migrate to.

So i've been going through out highschool thinking without a doubt that i wanted to go to collage for a computer degree. But all of a sudden (no idea why), im starting to think about going into the military. It might be the excitement of going off somewhere new and doing new and exciting things. Im a highschool junior, 17 years old. i know the military is dangerous, but it doesnt have any effect on my mind as whether to go into it or not. I love working out and going to the weight room and all that stuff, but im not in the JROTC because i wasnt thinking about the military until this year. I guess my questions are: Do you think it is wise for me to be thinking about the military?, If your in the military, would you say the military is worth all the training with what you get to do?, Would it matter if im not in the JROTC?, Where can i get info on bootcamps for people between jr. and sr. year? and How long does some one stay on active duty befor you get a break?
