Person is applying from Mexico at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City..... Also...
1) How much does it cost?
2) If we have all the papers, I have my sponsor papers all together, and she has a house and ALL her family in Mexico, will they give her the visa????
3) Besides my passport and hers, do we need to bring any other photos???

1. For a citizen of Mexico, the visa application fee is $100. The visa itself is free, if it is issued.

2. There is no way that anyone can tell you if your friend will get a visa without interviewing her.

3. The interviewing officer will tell you what else you need, if she doesn't succeed the first time.

4. The maximum visa validity for a Mexican citizen is ten years, multiple entries - meaning the visa holder can travel without further formalities as he or she needs to for the next ten years, NOT that he or she can stay in the US for ten years.

On the other hand, if this is your girlfriend or fiancee, maybe you should look into a fiancee or immigrant visa, rather than a tourist visa.
