A person lives in Alaska & has a husband who is dying of Cancer and needs legal advice on what she should to next involving the moves to legalize his death etc. settle the bills, etc. any ideas to whom she should talk to?

She should call the Fairbanks Resource Agency. they are a community outreach organization and can give direction and even render legal advice. There is a similar organization in Anchorage, but I do not know the name. However FRA will be able to refer her.
