I hear over and over Democrats trash-talking Bush. But why waste their energies on Bush? Bush is done, he's a lame duck in horrible shape. His term essentially ended months ago.

How much of this election season are they going to waste on Bush, for heavens sake? I'm a Bush supporter, but he's done! There isn't anything more that anyone could do to Bush. Why waste time on Bush? Impeach him? You'd rather have Cheney? Impeach him too? On what grounds? Seriously?

It's way past time to be thinking of the next battle that matters, the 2008 election. The Democrats have yet to field a serious, main stream contender! (Although I think Obama is a center-left politician, he's not electable).

Seems every week it's something new. Scooter Libby trial and conviction, Walter Reed hospital mess, Gen. Peter Pace homophobic comments, controversy surrounding dismissal of eight US attorneys.
I think this week it will be the firing of Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.

Could the united nations mediating such talks help the groups involved talk to eachother because the U.N. has no favorite between them, bias for any one side or intrest in either side gaining an upperhand on the other? Aren't they about as close as can be found to a disintrested fair third party? Would this help the U.N. return to it's main role of peacemaker? I'm not sayying progress would be imidiate but it would at least be possible. Anyone find any faults in this idea? Hopefully well thought out reasonable rational logical ones?

If you consider yourself a democrat or a Republican we know you agree, but what do you Independents think? Is that why most people claim to be Dem or Rep? Because it's just easier to live with your head buried in the LIE sand?

...assuming that God Almighty had a son named Jesus and he was in fact the messiah. This should narrow the scope of the answers to something reasonable.

Hey Everyone,
I am an army veteran who has been honorably discharged, and I've kind of missed the military lately. I was considering joining the Coast Guard, but I am not interested in deploying. Again. Does the Coast Guard Deploy? And if so, how often, where and for how long? Any details on the Coast GUard anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Americans now pay more for college than undocumented workers.

A few years ago, California's Democrat government decided undocumented workers should pay less for college than Americans. Americans living in other states who use a California university now pay more than undocumented workers.

I think he is. I wish he'd simply resign and that Congress would move on to something more productive. Unfortunately, the Dems are every bit as partisan as Bush and company - so it's going to be a bloodbath.

If the president believes that he is doing what god told him, then doesnt this negate the idea of church and state seperate? If a president's politics is guided by religious affiliation, then how is the country democratic? We preach Democracy to the rest of the world, but through the foundation of the bible. Then is the country really a democracy?

But I was trying to think back when he was a powerful vice president of the United States. Was he speaking out then about it. Not trying to be confrontational, but I just don't remember him addressing it when he was in office. I'd like to know if anyone has information about that. I could be wrong. I didn't follow all political topics then. Can anyone quote speaches or give links. I want to gather some information to help me understand him better since he may run for president in the future and I find him to be very interesting. I'm having trouble validating his stance when he was vice president and could do something about it. Thanks to all!

Folks, I don't care what political affiliation you have, this was legal and just normal politics . Now, you may not like the decision, but it was perfectly legal and certainly not worthy of a time-consuming, wasteful investigation . Afterall, what could they possibly conclude. .. . . . . . . . . .that a sitting President acted within the law ??!!??!!

Now before you answer, remember one thing. . .. . . . .I asked who could be 'Objective' . Thank you !!
