He is very much a criminal and chances are will be charged with war crimes. He preemptively attacked a sovereign nation without just cause based on fabricated Intel. When you add the fact that he condones torture and has created what amounts to concentration camps at Gitmo, yes, Bush is indeed a war criminal.

He can't
1) We chose not to be part of this court. As a sovereign nation, that is our right.
2) Bush has not committed any crimes.
3) Exactly how could the ICC "go after" Bush? Would they send their army? Oops, they don't have 1.
4) Do you think the UN is going to declare war on the US? With what?

Any action the ICC tried to take against Bush would be illegal, immoral & stupid.

A chief prosecutor of Nazi war crimes at Nuremberg has said George W. Bush should be tried for war crimes, for starting an "aggressive" war.

He said "Nuremberg declared that aggressive war is the supreme international crime;" the United Nations charter, which was written after the carnage of World War II, contains a provision that no nation can use armed force without the permission of the UN Security Council.

If they can go after bush, the Roosevelt and Truman would have ended up war criminals. This is just the hopes of a bunch of liberal Democrats who want the United States to Loss the war in Iraq. They cant see beyond their noses cause when we leave, if the mission is not complete, then we will see whole-sale slaughter on our streets as these creeps come to America and blow up and kill people.

Many people laugh at that but if you look since 1985, how many times Americans have been attacked, locally and abroad???? OVER 3400 Times!!!!!!

We forget two attacks on the WTC and many people want you the think 911 was an American plot. Go figure!!

Whether you like Bush or not, we need to get behind him, send him the message we are in your corner as long as you plan on kicking butt and getting out of Iraq when the mission is done. If that is not your plan, then next election, we will send someone to DC that can do it!!!

God help us if the liberals win and we just up and pull out, Like in Viet Nam. NVA slaughtered thousands who helped America and in Cambodia, the mass graves are still being unearth from Pol Pot and his slaughter.

You have a very distorted view of the times we live in. Wake up and smell the guy at your back door with a ski mask and a big gun.
