if she is female , forget a tourist visa , she would haft to be really wealthy and well positioned in the Philippines before she can get a tourist visa, only about 5% of tourist visas are approved , if you care for here the only way to get her here is on a k-1 or k-3 and then she must be single, and u have met her within 2 years personally , you must show the ability to support her for at least 3 years so she can't become a ward of the state, if you are wealthy and have a business, you may qualify to bring her here under a work visa providing you can hire her to work in your company IF there is no one in your area that could do the job, I have been fighting this for 2 years and the girl I want to marry and bring here is a college professor with a masters degree and has worked for the Philippine school for the past 20 years , so good luck.

options are: she must marry someone from USA who will eventually petition her, showing evidence of relationship. Or she has t o apply for a tourist visa supported by possessor of real properties or businesses and bank account.
