starting a war without proof should be enough to be a crime, dont you think?
and people will say "he thought there were WMD's", but his own researchers had already discredited that idea. its documented, anyone can look it up.
and if he really was dumb enough not to know, that means one of two things, he's so dense that he's guilty via incompetence, or that rove and cheney were hiding that info from him, and they should be charged as well.
besides war crimes, he should be held accountable for wiretapping without warrants, holding men in secret prisons without trials or representation, failing to aid citizens in time of emergency, theres all the stuff with scooter libby's trial about what they did to discredit their critics which ended with an american agent that they all knew was in action not being able to do her job, not taking care of american veterans, appointing grossly incompetent officials because they're his personal friends..... this list can go on and on..... the guy just plain sucks at life.
but as far as war crimes go, right now the US is an occupying force in a foreign land, and we cant identify our goals or our enemy, the higher ups of haliburton are making money on this whole thing (much of that money is missing btw), and they wont set a time for us to try and have any of this finished. all that ON TOP of the fact that the reasons that the war began arent valid. every american life that has been lost since the war started is on his head, their families should be compensated with money from his bank account and they should get to punch him in the face, and thats not counting the thousands and thousands of iraqi lives that he doesnt even care about.
