Well, we have this debate in school and i would like to conduct a survey as reference...

Under the Philippine Constitution the Qualifications for becoming a President are as follows:
1. a natural born citizen
2. a registered voter
3. able to read and write
4. at least forty years old on the day of election
5. and a resident of the Philippines for at least ten years immediately preceding such election

if this are the only requirements then if a certain person can meet this qualification He/ She can run for President even if he/she just finished grade school?

Don't you think we should add a new qualification wherein the person running for a Presidential Post should have finish at least 2yrs. in college

I read a lot of the questions and answers on here.
You can tell the age groups by the way they are answered.
Preteens and teens,can not spell well and do not know how to phrase the questinos..Does he like me? How can I tell?How do I get rid of blackheads?
Young adults answer questions with anger and rightousness...Bush this--Bush that...The men its 80 % sex. The older people dont ask two many questions but do try to convey a message upon answering...
But except for a few ---NO ONE ACTUALLY TELLS WHAT THEY REALLY FEEL OR THINK...Dont want to make someone mad? Afraid?To chicken to stand up for what you believe in? Just follow the crowd?
WHY?

EVEN after the release of "An Inconvient Truth" his consumtion went UP 18,000 KwH

His average GAS bill is $1080 per MONTH.

How can we help & Educate Albert on energy use..LEAVE some for OUR children ALBERT. YOU selfish PIG!!!!!!

HOW can we get him to use LESS Energy

Is it possible for citizens in the border states to file a class action suit against the federal government for failure to protect us from the invasion from the south?

just because we are rich and doing well dosent mean that we should stop the persuit for the complete independence of are island and i dont mean support terrorists or anything like that im talking about bertie actually sitting down and saying we would like to open talks about some way of returning northern ireland to the republic. even if it is like a hong kong thing such as we get a county back every 50 or 70 years or something thats plenty of time for are great economy to develop the county up to irelands standards.

I'm on the fence, what do you think? First he invented the Internet which is pretty great. I use it every day in my high-paying non-union job with no salary cap, which affords me the luxury of buying expensive coffees at Starbucks keeping entry-level public education liberals employed. But then he invented global warming, which I think we can all agree pretty much sucks, and sucks so badly that it maybe cancels out his first great invention. Then again, global warming keeps congress occupied with debate, taking time away from writing new legislation about real issues that could do significant damage to the country... so maybe it's a good thing? What do you think?

I see where the democrates have comeup with a plan for Iraq. Thats nice How about a plan to get us out of Bosnia or SO.
