and resurfaces years later, and you buy it at a thriftstore, unawares of it's value and history. Somehow you find out it's value and sell it at auction, when the original owner comes to claim it was stolen from him. Now, since you paid for it at the thriftstore, who does the painting belong to? Lawfully?

Every day, the same idiotic questions from people with slightly different names. Do they think that they'll fool the masses into thinking scores of people have their same whacked-out opinions? Who are they trying to put one over on?

I've heard some conservatives complain that liberals want to impose their own sense of morality onto them by legalizing gay marriage. How are we imposing anything on them by legalizing same-sex marriage? After all, how other people live their lives is no skin off their noses! I've also heard some complain that legalizing same-sex marriage would violate the sanctity of marriage. These people seem to assume that marriage is religiously based, but what about people who marry in civil ceremonies? Do religious conservatives think that straight couples who marry in civil ceremonies also violate the sanctity of marriage?

Have we not learned yet from prior experiences with North Korea? This country has blackmailed the US and other countries for years since the korean conflict!
Here we go again giving them billions in crude oil and without doubt, other concessions until the fire flares again! Then, North Korea will resume nuclear activity or whatever illiciet activity it can until we break down and give them more!
It's time to stop wasting tax payers money on this rouge nation that is governed by a tyrant capable of just about anything! He makes Saddam Hussein look like a boy scout!
Everything remains in tact and they will do this time after time unless we demand that the entire nuclear program and all it's facilities are destroyed! It would assure us that we would never be in immediate danger of any attacks from this ruthless dictator!
Just go online to Flash Earth and check out North Korea! You can hone right in on missle sites just noth of Pongyoung! Sitting on the launch pads ready to strike!

Are they racists who can't stomach a Black man in power? Are they bigots who fear his Islamic heritage, even though he practices Christianity? Are they Hillary fans intimidated by his charisma, success, and popularity?

Barack Obama sponsored a Resolution in the Senate opposing a recommendation that EVERYONE should be required to show identification at the voting booth.

Apparently his stance is that poor people may not afford the LARGE sum of about $10 it takes to buy a ID card.

OK, I will give him that. But with the 10 Million illegal immigrants in this country, and the fact that convicted felons are not allowed to vote, shouldn't we be DEMANDING that people show identification at the booth?
Has he already forgotten the long-gone days of the political machine, where often more votes would be cast in a city than that city has citizens?
The only reason this would ever make sense is if he wanted to cheat in the elections, and that was the only way to do it.

How about, instead of compromising our entire election process, we just GIVE POOR PEOPLE FREE IDENTIFICATION CARDS???

This man is a true hero of the people. He is using profits from his countries resources to help the poor, not to line the profits of rich investors. He has truly been elected by his people and after being ousted by a US backed coup, his people took to the streets to get him back. This man could definately become a hero for the US if he were to be put in power. Do people agree?

Can someone please explain to me how we can be represented by leadership that is not a part of our system? Do you think they care about being over run, our health care or retirement? Why go off shore for cheap labor, its here now and getting cheaper. I still get up each day with a glimmer of hope, but I fear the end is near. God help us all.

I am from India and currently working on a H1B visa since Oct 2005. I am planning to get married in May 28th of this year. My spouse is working as a software engineer in India. I would like to get H1 for her in this year's quota so that she can start working later this year. So I am planning to file for her H1 in April this year. At the same time I want to bring her over here in dependent visa (H4) once after the marriage is over which may be in mid June. My question is, would there be any problem to get a dependent (H4) visa after marriage since her H1 processing is already in progress?

Why do they oppose marriage between consenting children? Why do they force their morality on children and want to define their age of consent? Who are they to say when a child can or can't capably decide when to marry?
