Absolutely not.
Those who support that belief need to GROW up and realize THEY are responsible for their lives.

Truly, what could be more important than the physical health of a country's citizens? There is much talk about how that can be accomplished, and many complaints about who would have to pay for it. But it all boils down to one thing...without health, a person has nothing. I see it as an inalienable right for any citizen within a democratic and free society to have their health cared for by their country. The politics of how that is accomplished can be discussed at a later time, but the moral answer is yes...a government elected in by the people should care for the people...first and foremost!

No, a just government stays out of the lives of the people as a whole and only helps those who really need it.
Health care could be taken care of by letting people and employers write off those expenses on their taxes,100%.
The government ends up paying but has no control.
Remember this,money is power.
Give Government power over Health Care and They'll waste it.

voters have an outstanding to affordable, high quality well being care. could the government grant it? i like the sound of this on the exterior yet there at the instant are not any good occasion of places that try this. you are able to look at Canada....extensive taxes and long anticipate your well being needs. England is the comparable purely worse. Sweden is not extra useful. The Soviet Union had it and medical doctors have been de-incentivised and paid below maximum professions. returned, all human beings has an outstanding to good affordable care. it fairly is not available now. yet each time i think of of the government offering it i think of of my reports on the DMV, the publish place of work, and different government run or subsidized companies. i think of of FEMA during the Katrina catastrophe. churches and non-earnings relief communities have been lots extra effective if so. i'm not inspired appropriate to the assumption of the government offering well being look after my kin.

I don't think the government should provide it. I do think that the cost is outrageous. That's in part because of business taking over the health care system and illegal immigration certainly doesn't help. There are layers and layers of issues that need to be resolved to make health care more affordable.

Government services have to be paid for. This is done either through taxation or deficit spending. When you forcibly take the productivity, in this case income taxes, of one person and use it to benefit another person, that is slavery - which is immoral.

Do you mean health insurance? If so, why should they? Health insurance is a commodity like any other. If it is a particular person's priority, he will purchase it. If it's not important enough for him to buy, why is it important enough to spend my tax dollars on?

Save the rhetoric about health insurance being too costly. It's only too expensive if a person's priority system makes it so. If you truly want to purchase insurance, perhaps you will have to forego the plasma TV, but you will find the money.

A rich country that can afford it should. As we grow richer as a nation, we should do more for the nation's people. Whether it be healthcare or better roads and schools.

Hopefully we'll be rich enough one day to provide education for all through college.

Absolutely it should!

If the Society is funding the government by paying taxes those members of Society are entitled to the best health care that is possible!

If no one paid taxes to support our government - it would cease to exist!
