John, John Doe, and Bugeyes: The hate I have seen on Y!A has nothing to do with Obama's voting record. Most are blatant personal ad hominem attacks.
US: If "Christians fear no one," why do you fear the anti-Christ? And who are you to decide who is the anti-Christ? Obama is half-Black and half-White. He considers himself Black, even if you don't. Get over it.
Baseball: I think you need to find a nice Judenrein country where everyone believes as you do. I hear Iran and Saudi Arabia are lovely this time of year.

Your question seems sincere and non-partisan. But I'm afraid you will have to find another forum, other than YA, if you want to find any intelligent answers to it.
I think that conservatives hate him because he is liberal. To start with. It makes him an easier target because he is black, has a muslim heritage and Hussein is his middle name. Seems childish, I know, but there you have it.
Democrats seem to dislike him as a candidate because of his lack of experience. But truly, I'm game for inexperience if it will bring a fresh, new approach to governing. There are tons of aids and influencers all around the president, and he'll learn quickly. And truthfully, do you really believe that GWB had the experience required to run the country? The difference here would be the latter's ego and his insistence on doing things HIS way.
I happen to think he is a fine candidate, and I'm looking forward to hearing more about his policies...and then making an INFORMED decision.

Those that spread rumors and write off Obamas inexperience are those that fear him most because they know when it comes to touching the America most Americans dream about, he has the charisma and power of speech that makes a winner..!

I like both Hillary and Obama, and would vote for either one.
The haters are rightists who have made it a point to hate everyone who is not them. Just like they hated Hillary's husband. I saw the Hate Crusade start in 1991 before he had even declared his candidacy. And they were out to impeach him for something, ANYTHING even before he'd met Monica.
