I think people, in general, have too much time on their hands. Thinking of ways to criticize the government, finding fault with the leaders, is one way that the enemy will easily defeat us. Why? Because all this bickering back and forth causes friction and division, ultimately leaving us weak and vulnerable. Here is a solution: Become part of the solution, rathen than part of the problem. If you don't like the way the government is running things, contact your representatives and senators. Let them know how you feel. They will listen to you. They respond to phone calls, letters, and e-mails. You have elected them, and you are the reason they are there. But, using the media avenue to vent just adds fuel to the fire, gets the people fired up,and the situation will not change. We are a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. We are ALL the government. We can make a difference only when we channel our efforts in the right direction. UNITED we stand, DIVIDED we fall.

Are you talking about uniforms?? If so it doesn't come out of the members own pockets. We are all given a yearly clothing allowence for upkeep and uniform maintenence.
