There is no such thing as backward or forward . Stop trying to take advantages in the name of caste creed or colour .The backward class as you say is backward because they want to be,they dont want to compete with others ,they want things easy to come their way ,these people are using the term backward as the short cut to success but you know there is no shortcut to success , you have to work very hard to achieve in life and to make your progeny better.For this you need not get any reservations in any competitive exams instead reservations should be given up to the level of 12 standard for FREE education for ALL and after that the so called backward is as same as any other student to compete for future exams.

Who is backward ? nowadays it appears only as a political word,entire human beings living in society
can be defined only by the class of rich and poor.
whereas the rich are forward the poor are treated
as backwards.it doesn't matter to which casts they
belong,but here backwards appear in every cast.
Perhaps,yet there are some Santhalis or socities
living in forests,whose livelihood depends on forest
should be made an attempt to bring them to the nearer to another socities living in villages or towns,whichever is nearer or make an attempt for
them to change there thinkings that education is
more neccessary for them rest to other things.

If you are talking about the public school system being backward the answer is, Scrape the whole thing and start over. Public school system is obsolete and useless. We need a new system that rewards kids who want to be there and learn and do something else with the ones that are only going to stay out of jail. It is a waste of money and time to force education on people who don't want it.

according to me there is no one who is considered to backward.In this society all are equal thats what our fundamental right says.but due to some illl practices by selfish people who want themselves top most created this class previously,all the classes were based on employment but now people made it on the basis of caste and created a new class the backward caste if everyone in the society thinks all are equal then from where do this backward classes arise?

First get a feeling yourself and spread that feeling that there is nothing like backward classes. In India to day there are only two classes. The rich and the poor. Further if you so desire classify them as rich are becoming richer and poor becoming poorer.

"Backward classes"? You'd have to define what you consider to be a backward class. Are the 130,000, who control 80% of this countries wealth, the forward class? That would make the 250,000,000 of us, who fight over the remaining 20%, the backward classes, I guess? I doubt very seriously that you are one of the 130,000.
