Use lower case - all caps is shouting and you're talking about two criminal charges which were disposed in your favor.
(1) The PBJ and the Nolle Pros will show up on your criminal background check because those case numbers have been reported to public databases. Neither are convictions but they show that you've been involved with the criminal justice system and the employer has the right to know.
(2) Your best best is to expunge both of these cases as soon as possible. You will be able to expunge the Nolle Pros and that process takes 3-4 months. As for the PBJ, you will have to wait 3 years after disposition to expunge that matter even if your PBJ ends before that time. Expungement will remove the records from public consumption (maybe except for the FBI) but the State will have some record of your case being expunged.
(3) http://www.mdcourts.gov has more information on Expungement procedures and eligibility. The cost is only $30 and you go to District Court (or Circuit Court only if you were indicted or if your case was disposed there).

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at FREEPEOPLESCAN.COM
Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.
You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a pbj background check.

Even though your weren't "convicted" of some of your cases...you were still "charged" with those cases for those cases to have followed you to court.
Once the cases reached court...some cases were pursued while others were "Nol Prossed."
When a person is arrested...the circumstances of that arrest enter the "judicial system" and remain on file despite the results in court. In other words...you will still show an arrest on your criminal history but it will also show the case was either 1) dismissed; 2) nol prossed (nolle prosequi); or 3) convicted.
The "criminal history" obtained by an employer is NOT normally that of what the judicial system maintains. The judicial systems "criminal history" is EVERYTHING generated through the court system.
The employer "background check" is more of a local check of police records to insure you have no outstanding records. Additionally, for those seeking special jobs, such as law enforcement or teaching jobs, a more thorough "background check" is permissable.

Get ALL the ANYONE information You need Now! - http://unlimitedchecks.net/everify-374.html
The absolutely free reverse phone lookup sites generally provide the most basic of information such as name and it works only for landlines. To get further information, money will have to be paid. The free searches do not provide much more than what can be found through the phone book or personal knowledge and they only want your email to send spam.
Stay away from shady reverse phone lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse phone lookup site like http://unlimitedchecks.net/everify-374.html that has been around since 1999.
If I recall correctly they have two options:
1. Get only one report.
2. Get unlimited reports. I went with this option because I wanted to verify more numbers. This is how I caught my girlfriend cheating, I got the name, other phone number, address history, relatives, and criminal-court records.
