There was an interesting interview with Jimmy Carter when asked the same question. He said that lots of countries have had and currently have women leaders. So, I would hope that the U.S. is as progressive as other countries.
That said, I fear that there is so much.. baggage from when Bill was president and she will not be able to shake it. No matter what her policies are, how strong or leaderish she acts, I fear that she will be guilty by association and long memories.
I personally would have NO problem voting for a woman.

That may be one of her biggest hurdles. It's too bad though, because she is currently the most capable candidate out there to have the ability to set this country in the right course again. In addition, she'll have her husband to help her which is a great asset.

No, she'll not get voted because Bill is a man, a very randy man. Hillary's biggest obstacle is the legacy of Bill

Not because she is a woman. Look at her views on different topics and one can't vote for her.

No, she will not get voted in for other reasons. She is like the KFC lunch special. You get a fatty thigh, small breast, and a left wing.

Gender has nothing to do with it. She can't be trusted to run this country. Neither can Obama. He has great ideals but not enough experience.
