can any one tell me where to get a hold of older ucc versions?

Since you are asking this in Law & Ethics, I assume you are looking for an older copy of the Uniform Commercial Code (commonly called the UCC).

If there is a law library near you, they will have old copies. You might also try alibris.com for used books.
