6 months and $1000 fine is the maximum in ohio. you probably will get 30 days and $500 fine,depending on the judge. ohio treats driving under suspension like a worse crime than DUI

Not sure what the laws in Ohio are exactly , but I'm sure they are pretty much the same everywhere when it comes to repeat offenders... when you are charged with a crime more than once , you have repeated the same offense , so your charge may be enhanced ; which means that it can be upgraded to a felony. Now , from this point I can't tell you what would happen because I don't know your history.... are you on probation, do you have any other charges pending , warrants for your arrest, or do you have a clean record? All of this comes into play in front of a judge, and a lawyer always helps grease the wheels of the justice system. Go online and research the states laws on moving violations , and range of punishments...

Dont know in Ohio, but in Michigan once is a misdemeanor.
