Even more so now since he doesn't exactly practice what he preaches thus fulfilling the full definition of a hypocrite.

It's time to squash the Al Gore lie machine. After that report on his house came out, his press secretary announced that Al Gore participates in the TN Green Power Switch and was installing solar panels. Both are supicious. Why is he just now installing solar panels on this house? Also the Tennessee program to convert over to green electricity is not on-line or is in limited capacity. No one in Tennessee can purchase or switch to this green electricity. One buys a kilowatt block of electricity at $4.50 each and then TVA uses that money to fund windmills that will go on the grid and is distributed through out the state evenly. There is no way that Al Gore can be getting this electricity all to himself.
Not to mention that 5 months ago the papers here in Tennessee said that more money was coming in for these windmills than they could ever build them, mostly because of the lack of skilled contractors.

And yet, look at the President's house in Texas: His Crawford Winter White House has 25,000 gallons of rainwater storage, gray water collection from sinks and showers for irrigation, passive solar, geothermal heating and cooling. He only has a 4,000-square-foot home. The walls are made from discarded local stone called Leuders limestone, which is quarried in the area.

No. he won an Oscar for a documentary about global warming. He advocates conservation as a means to combat global warming.
Those who are LOUDLY making comments about Gore's own energy use are doing so in an attempt to drown out the worldwide acknowledgement tha global warming is real.

That would be his house that actually contains offices and rooms for security, which he gets as a former VP.
He also pays MORE for his electricity to ensure that it comes from sources that don't dump mass amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
He makes a documentary about global warming and makes sure his energy use doesn't pump out greenhouse gases. That's not an example of hypocricy. However, your thinking it is is an example of gross stupidity.

Also he uses 20 times more electricity in one year than the average household. And that is only at one of his houses.
He didn't maximize the efficiency his Capri Sun and he threw away a lot of still useful items. Called outside his five. He threw away the bread heals!

He for one thing has an office in his house, his HOUSE is also bigger than the "average" person.
He runs his ENTIRE house on greenpower. He alos buys enough trees to ffset the co2.
Also, his information is "private" so where are these facts coming from-the day after he wins an oscar. Please this man has done more for the environment that bUSH HAS DONE IN 6 YEARS.

Of course he's a hypocrite, but the Oscar for his film has nothing to do with consistency. It's about liberals awarding liberals to maintain their delusions of power and influence.

Don't try to argue emotion with logic. Especially if you are trying to argue with a democrat. It just don't work.
If you go to a site called http://www.flightaware.com you can track all those lear jets that are owned by environmental advocacy companies as well. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmm.
