I'm on the fence, what do you think? First he invented the Internet which is pretty great. I use it every day in my high-paying non-union job with no salary cap, which affords me the luxury of buying expensive coffees at Starbucks keeping entry-level public education liberals employed. But then he invented global warming, which I think we can all agree pretty much sucks, and sucks so badly that it maybe cancels out his first great invention. Then again, global warming keeps congress occupied with debate, taking time away from writing new legislation about real issues that could do significant damage to the country... so maybe it's a good thing? What do you think?

First of all he didn't invent the internet at all. That was a joke. He helped it get it's name out there and become popular is all he did for it. He is no inbentor. He did not invent global warming either. That term has been around since the eighties-he brought more awareness to it.
He did re-invent himslef after looking like a fool in the election race against Bush. He did not invent anything.

You're just another Parrot like the majority of Gore haters on this site. Gore NEVER claimed he invented the Internet, that was rush "Limp-bag's' mocking lie. Gore was just instrumental in bringing it to you & me instead of letting the government keep it all to themselves. You should be grateful to him for that. As for your other claim, that doesn't even deserve an answer. Intelligent, thinking people have nominated him for the Nobel Peace
