A majority of terrorists don't respect women. Wouldn't they laugh at a nation run by a woman?

David Irvin is a holocaust denier who has been jailed in Austria for four years. I'm not a holocaust denier, my father survived the holocaust, so I know it happened. What I'm concerned about is the precident being set here--that someone can be thrown in jail for writing a book that contradicts the popular view of history. Patrick Henry said "I may not agree with what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it", and I feel the same way because it may be him today, but tomorrow it could be anyone who has something different and possibly controversial to say. Is it right for someone to be thrown in jail for writing a book?

I will be voting for the first time next Presidential election. I know a little bit about the candidates themselves, but to be honest I am not informed enough to make an educated decision. I am neither republican nor democrat as I see the pros & cons of each.

What should I know about the candidates? I am looking primarily for FACTS and information I may not be aware of. Any help is appreciated.

answers to part 1 ranged from the reasonable to the ridiculous so lets address the key points still missed, why does the president and the neocons lump all arabs into radical evildoer terrorists which is why we are in the wrong war ? why is it ok to inherit money stolen off the backs of slaves, when economic justice is the fairest and quickest way to have closure. why would anyone still defend someone that has been a loser at everything except his narcotic hazed rants on how he thinks things should be. Rush is hardly ever right but he's always white. Contrary to his opinion white conservative rich men are often wrong

Navy Seal marriages and relationships have a 15% success rate. I want to be that 15%. I won't cheat. I will be lonely with my kitties or possibly children. I will be honored to be his gf/wife. I will support him in all that he does. I should do this right? I'm not crazy? We've only known each other for about 7 months, but knowing him and loving him just feels right. I told him that I loved him when I was drunk. This was the night before he left for San Diego. He doesn't want me to wait. What do I do? I don't want to move on at all. I look at other men and just get sick to my stomach. I'm depressed. I'm in love with the right man at the wrong time. He calls it, "**** Happens," and he told me that even though he thinks I shouldn't wait that he'll go against the odds with me, if that's what I want. HELP?! (Those of you who answered my other questions rudely are not welcome to answer this.)

1. Adultry

2. Using the deaths of 3,700 victims of a terrorist act to start an unwarranted war that benefits defense contractors? Oh, yeah - the number of Americans killed in this conflict are now close to surpassing those killed in the terrorist act, with no end in sight.

Rhetorical question, I guess.

All the cool-aid drinking dems piss and moun about the war in IRAQ. I have yet to hear anyone of them with a answer. When the fanatics are in our backyards, who will you point your finger at then? When the possiblility of being blown up in a store, resturant city buss or a funeral is part of your everyday life, who will be to blame then? As Americans we live a very protected and safe life, all that will change in the very near future if we as a nation are unable to come together with real answers and a efective way to resolve the problems that our Goverment faces today. IRAQ is a bad situation cant argue that. IRAN will be worse. Our country is at a crossroads in our history. Its time to choose our path I for one like the freedoms and the safety my goverment has secured for me and my family. War is hell, young men die,(and ladies). At 44 I am to old for military service, but given the chance I would gladly take the place of any soldier that feels we should not be there.

that almost every American soldier fighting this war, feels that the liberals and far-left democrats are not only destroying their great country, America, but making their fight to free innocent people and help to establish a safe and normal lifestyle for them, close to impossible and a moot point??

It is absolutely devastating to see my 29 year old brother so emotional towards secular progressives and radical left-wingists in our government and in Hollywood. You should ALL be ashamed! And personally, Im ashamed that this country has provided these "anti-America" groups with the ability to spread their disease!

I'm French and I will move to the US soon.
I've been to the US before (in 1999 for a summer job) and my English wasn't very good at that time, but it was O.K. I think it was O.K. because I hang out with other Europeans who spoke slowly and didn't use difficult expressions.
But I know that Americans don't speak slowly and use a lot of idioms, slang, and phrasals verbs that are difficult to learn because there are so many!
My English is much better now; I got a good score at the TOEIC test (945/990).
I watch a lot of American TV, read books in English, and I try to learn slang.
I don't have any problems understanding written or spoken English, but I'm a little afraid of my spoken English.
I'd like to get answers from people who went to the US without a perfect English. I'd like to know HOW LONG did it take you to be very comfortable with spoken English, and when I say very comfortable it means when you knew you spoke without hesitation, fast, and with no grammar mistakes.
Thanks.

With the help of his brother... Marvin Bush. His friend Larry Silverstein. Sheeple People who refuse to accept the fact that the Bush administration Orchestrated the Terror Attacks of 911 are just plain ignorant. It's impossible for Jet fuel or Kerosene to melt steel...LOOK AT THE PERIODIC TABLE OF ELEMENTS. Also if the floors collapsed causing a chain reaction it would have taken well over 90 seconds for the buildings to come down. They came down at free fall speed....9 seconds. There is no logical argument here. Explosives were pre-planted in the building. Case closed! Why are so many people having a hard time accepting this?
Watch "Loose Change" in "Plane Sight" and then let's bring the Bush Administration to justice America.

I will start with my basic info...i am registered republican, a masters degree from the university of pennsylvania and now currently in the US army.

I am tired of democrats vs republicans, left wing, right wing, neocon and hillary and obama and all this nonsense.

I would like to hear your honest thoughts on what should be done with our involvement in iraq and afghanistan. Not general ideas, but actual answers. No troop bashing, no republican bashing, no democrat bashing, or bush bashing. What do you think we should do with these two countries. Again, keep your political views to yourselves, i want to hear what is in the best interest of the US and our people.
