The whole world wasn't scandalized, they were amused by American hypocrisy and puritanism. Most world leaders have mistresses and affairs, it usually doesn't bring them down.
Other countries aren't so immature. I traveled extensively during Clinton's impeachment trial and was asked repeatedly why we were taking him to task when he was such a good leader and only behaving as a powerful man would. This happened to me in South America and in Europe.
Furthermore, many of the reps in Congress who were gung ho to impeach were cheaters and womanizers. Newt Gingrich has been married 3 times and is usually banging the next wife while married to the former. Henry Hyde had an affair.
Junior Bush was an alcoholic partyer until he was 40. He also had a male prostitute Jeff Gannon in the White over 100 times. What up with that? Where is the outrage? Not only is there sinning going on, it's gay sinning!!! Why aren't you running him out of town on a rail??? I guess because Right Wing Corporate media hasn't told you to do it and you brainwashed righties need to be told what to think.

Actually that man is not running for office. Nobocy is trying to put him back in office as he is not eligible to run for President again.
If you would like to get your facts straight you could look at archive news from Europe and Asia. The whole world was not scandalized by what President Clinton did. That was just a lot of folks here. the world was amazed that our congress tried to impeach him for it.

Clinton can not run again, he served two terms, which is the maximum according to the constitution.
I asssume you are referring to Hillary being elected. I think she's ok, but I'm tired of the same old, its like Bush - Clinton - Bush - Clinton? That could be 28 years where the president is either a Bush or a Clinton. Lets get some new blood in there.

What are you talking about? That scandal is years old, grow up and get over it. Bill is not going to be back in office, and what he did is not a reason to keep Hillary out (there are plenty of other reasons). Putting a Clinton back in office does not empower the enemy, stop being stupid and throwing rhetoric out there to make you feel better about yourself.

I wouldn't vote for another Clinton if you put a gun to my head. Of course your question could have a flaw to it, after all, they were the president if you recall. Since she has already taken credit for the presidency for 8 years, she shouldn't be allowed to run again, two term limit and all.

Mrs. Clinton has her own problems. Billy Boy will not torpedo her candidacy. She will do a fine job of it herself.
