I preivously asked a question that was biased against the death so iam going to ask one in the devils advocate. My brothers gf had a friend who worked in syria for a few years. she said that the society was the most peacful of anywere shes been due to how the carry out the death penalty. It is true that the appeals process takes a long time. Do yout hink the american society should resort to cutting the appealls time to a years time instead of decades and do you think we should have the death penalty for crime other than murder and should age have any bearing on it (have to be over 18 of course) wouldnt this make this alot safer of a society to live in? I mean think living were we dont have to be afraid of rape or getting thuged in the city.

Chances are they will not be as trained and skilled as full time pilots.

Does this not ring alarm bells with anyone?

Plus, i heard that the British Army reserve (TA) is put in the same ranks as the normal British Army to 'beef' it up a bit. So you have highly skilled people and under skilled people working together to perform to a relatively high standard.

Is it true that whole companies of part-time soldiers from the US are left to their own devices and are not surrounded by highly trained forces?

Does this not shed a little light on these friendly fire and abuse allegations?

Why does the state endorse and encourage marriage? Consider all the couples who raise families (like mine) without ever going to get a marriage license. Is marriage an outdated institution?

The funds have already been appropriated for bringing our troops home. If this money was used for it's purpose, and no more money was given to Bush, and his regime, to just lose, as they did the $9 billion, would they suddenly find out what Bremer did with the $9 billion?

when i look at ebay.co.uk, absolute no professional trader offers a 14 days money back guarantee if i dont like the article, which is in germany (where i come from) a matter of course. so: are the traders supposed to give this guarantee and just "forgot" to tell, or is there no such law?

european law says also 2 years warrany for new and 1 year for used stuff (exept private sellers).

many traders are very kind and offer a 30 days warranty ;-)

if european law is applicable, and if traders refuse to give any warranty at all, then you can drag them to court within 2 years. do they know that and just play poker?!?

thanks a lot
niels

This why we can never look forward. Look past the skin and the genitals and look at the person. I am more interested in how that person is able to do the job and how they conduct themselves.

If not, then why don't they put forward meaningful legislation to end the war and bring the troops home...rather than generating endless sound bites through meaningless non-binding resolutions?

I believe in george bush, I want lower taxes, I want shelters for people who need them. I am pro-choice but I am pro-war as well. What am i considered? Who should I vote for? There are many things that I am confused about, how do I pick one person, who I agree and disagree with. I like bush because I want us to complete this war, but I dont like that he doesnt want me to choose my own choices?!!! I just want to know if I am a democrat republican or liberal or conservative. In your opinion.

It amazes me that Murder can be Manslaughter?
Manslaughter carries a much lower sentence! Just because you didn't mean to kill someone doesn't make it alright does it?
How does it work?
