If the funds that are already there, to bring our troops home, was used, instead of funding a surge?

The funds have already been appropriated for bringing our troops home. If this money was used for it's purpose, and no more money was given to Bush, and his regime, to just lose, as they did the $9 billion, would they suddenly find out what Bremer did with the $9 billion?

What??? bring them out of a civil war without finding the WMDs (didn't we have enough of them to plant some?), so they could be home with their families & friends after being backdrafted for years? What a crazy idea!!!

I wish you democraps had a job so you won't be on these boards BSing about everything. If you don't have a job, try joining the military or are you too scared? I was in the Marines (I'm not a republican) and it was some of the best times of my life. Now I even get free medical in my older years but you people are just fine with living off the government when you've put nothing into the government.

Why do America always start a military conflict, then, when reality kicks in, they want to withdraw BEFORE the mission is completed?

Somebody PLEASE answer me this simple question !

Surge troops should be sent to where they are NEEDED - in the REAL SOURCE of this recent war on terrorism - AFGHANISTAN NOT Iraq - which once again, USA invaded against International law and advice !!

Redeploy these 21,000-odd soldiers back to AFGHANISTAN and complete the job there, instead of relying on under-manned and under-resourced UK/NATO troops to clear up your mess for you.

It's hard enough as it is, even harder when we read that US pilots are BEING GIVEN drugs before getting into thier jets...( feel free to repudiate the source of my information with links to FACTS - http://www.channel4.com/news/2003/05/week_1/01_speed.html )
