Men think with logic, woman think with emotions a man will see a problem and work it out with logic and common sense, woman will see the same problem, scream rant and rave, cry throw things in a temper, then sit on the floor in floods of tears saying things like"no one loves me and I'm useless" Then the man will come along and say "don't cry, I'll fix it for you" and who ends up doing it the man !! then she'll say "is that the best you could do" Hm mm frustrating !!

Most heirarchies were established by men, who now monopolize the upper levels, thus depriving women of their rightful opportunities to acheive incompetence !
Therefore the answer to your question is, the most mysterious thing about women is they can't acheive thier FULL potential - like men find so easy to acheive ! ;-)
