Contact all of the talk shows you can think of and present a strong, marketable, love story to convince them to take your case and they will hire the investigators to try to find her.

Do you have a picture? If so get some copies of it and post them around the city. also, get these books from the local library or amazon.com and read them - "The complete Idiots guide to private investigating" By Steven Kerry Brown or " The Private Investigator's Handbook" By Chuck Chambers. They have awesome sections on Skip Tracing and Missing Persons. Good Luck!

Since she's homeless, unfortunately, and this is very sad, she's technically not missing from anywhere. I agree with trying the talk shows, Maury, Tyra, Oprah, and see if they're interested in pursuing the story.
