I tried to get help and think I deserve it but they refused me I think the tobacco companies should have club meds for people like me seeing I fed into their sick habit-parents both smoked in the car-it was the 60's they didn't know what they were doing by the time I was 11 I was smoking in the woods with all my friends thinking it was the grown up thing to do so really we didn't have a clue and they need to pay!

How come no democrats in congress are fighting for the two border patrol agents that were sentenced to long terms in prison based on bad evidence? How come only republican congressmen are trying to get the president to pardon them? Close to 100 republican congressmen have signed the petition to the president while not a single democratic congressmen has.

I thought the republicans were pretty bad and so corrupt and I was happy when the democrats took control of both houses. I'm not so sure anymore.

my boyfriend 's mom is disabiled and he is about to become power of atterney of her. well he would like me to take car of her full-time. i was told that there are programs provided either by the gov or medicare or disabily, that will pay me to do so. i do not know where on the internet to find that information.

Are the majority of Republicans in Congress brain dead ? maybe that's the question I should be asking.

I kind of got a raw deal from Jeep, where they didn't cover something under my warrenty that I strongly, strongly feel should have been covered under warranty. They refuse to cover it, and was wondering how much the court costs are to sue someone in magistrate court, and if I win, can I recover court costs?

I just graduated college but only took one semester of ROTC. I am going to basic and AIT soon. This will be 5 months total. If I want to be an officer, I will need to go to OCS, and then on to Officer training for my selected branch for a few more months.

Considering I am only in part time, is this going to be worth it in the long run?

i HAVE SEEN SO MANY IN STORES WITH CHOICE CUTS OF BEEF AND OTHER HIGH DOLLAR ITEMS IN SHOPPING CART PAY FOR ITEMS WITH FOOD CARDS OR STAMPS, THEN HAVE IT LOADED INTO NEW VEHICLE SUCH AS CADILLACS, S.U.V.s. Dont give me the line that they have a right to eat fine foods and drive new vehicles as well as anyone. This is not what it is about. Where does the money come from for the vehicle?

As the title shows. I need to verify weather or not I am the father of a newborn that a woman claims I am. It is possibly true, on the other hand, it may be false. Is getting this done possible without getting a lawyer, she doesn't seem receptive to getting this done voluntarily. Why should I get a lawyer if I'm just going to end up getting a court-ordered standard child support payment plan if it is mine. Unless they can help lower my payments, I don't see what more they can do for me - just another expense. If they can help me in ways I can't accomplish myself, about how much would it cost?

Is it possible to have a court issue a cease-and-desist order against a company that will not stop sending me unwanted mail? Can unwanted mail be harassment? I have sent multiple requests to the company, but they do not even reply. I think that a court order would really make a point.
If so, to which court would I have to go, and how complex is the process (in Indiana)?
