Because he likes illegal aliens. Also, you have to remember his brother is married to a Hispanic woman and he doesn't want to do anything to hurt their feelings.

Because it was terrorists !!! Why do you think their is a WAR in Iraqi. It's not the MEXICANS . They may be illegal alieans but they didn't cause the war in Iraqi!!!!
