WAIT A MINUTE... IF he acts like Howdy Doody and looks like Alfred E. Neuman, than it's none other than that Texican Rodeo Clown: Dubya Bush (or Bushit, for short) with his good ol' boy ethics!
What you fail to know is that the chimps are upset and are picketing the White House because they now feel insulted... by being compared to Dubya! (I love the expression on the Dubya's face in the photos where he was dressed like a pilot on a carrier and he was dressed like a pilot... hahaha... didn't he KNOW that everyone there knew he was NOT piloting that fighter-jet?) (of course, the other photo where his soiled diaper was visible was never shown to the public).
