No, because we have sparked more conflicts.

No!!! Since George Bush attacked Iraq, he has created a breeding ground and a cause celebre for Muslims who may have initially been fence sitters or indifferent regarding issues that motivated terrorists. Organizations which track terrorist activities worldwide have said that those attacks have increased not decreased globally. Also it has been proven that it is still possible to bring contraband into the U.S. through airports without even having to pass through metal detectors, etc. using stealth methods. To those who point to the fact that there hasn't been another attack on U.S. soil since 9/11 as evidence that the government's security plan is working, I say wait until about April of 2010 to make that assertion. That's about the same length of time which elapsed between the two attacks on the World Trade Center, from late February 1993 to September 2001. So making such claims this early means absolutely nothing, because the terrorists are not making attacks that frequently anyway.

Not really we've done virtually nothing to secure our borders. Yet we haven't been attacked since 9/11. One reason is that our enemies are being killed in Afgahistan and Iraq, and maybe soon in Iran. Some say we should bring our troops home from Iraq and Afgahistan. But I believe if we remove our troops from the middle east then own troops will be fighting the terrorist in our towns, shopping malls and streets.

The USA is less secure than any time in our history.. more so since we invaded and occupied Iraq. I am not making this up. This was information on an actual report that recently was leaked out of the white house.
The Iraqi War has created more American-haters and Al Qaeda recruits than any terrorist group could have dreamed of.

No, the bleeding heart liberals think most of the 9/11 Commission's recommendations are still not necessary. The 15 intelligence agencies by now were supposed to be connected into one database of information. By now they were all supposed to be sharing information, but they are not. All of President Bush's attempts to determine what the terrorists are doing have been obstructed by partisan democrats and other bleeding heart liberals who think terrorists deserve U.S. Constitutional rights. We've just been lucky not to be again attacked.

No! Our borders are still wide open. We have failed to allow our military to do that which they do best, kill people and break things. Our limited responses to attacks only encourages an enemy that has sworn to destroy us. The only way to be safe is to secure our borders, and kill as many of the enemy as possible. Then leave the rest in the rubble. On top of a President who is more of an internationalist than American, Congress has shirked it duty and turned this war into a political football. A pox on both political parties.

We are a lot more aware. And that means we have put plans into effect to help protect ourselves. Secure? Do not know about that.

I don't think so. One attack, they'll go for another. New york, now it maybe an another big city, like Chicago, San Francisco, Miami, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. They failed the attack on whitehouse, big chance they'll try again! Who knows!

Yes.
We're certainly not completely without risk - but we are more secure.

Nope...cause no one is trying to secure our borders. They keep rejecting money for a new fence to be put up...and keep taking away government funding that pays our border guards... so you tell me.
