Knowing this would it not make more sense for Israel to defend her citizens? It withdrew from Gaza and 9000 people have lost their homes. Palestinians promised that this will usher in a new era of peace...yet few days latter they bombed Sderot and still continue to bomb Sderot and Ashkelon almost on daily bases from Gaza. What would you do if your country was attacked daily? Would you let the attackers get away with it or would you fight? If you would fight why Israel can't defend itself? Palestinins made it clear that they want to kill all the Jews and drive them out into the sea, Israel has made all the efforts to negotiate and was met with terror.

Would you fight back if all peace accords that were sighned were latter ignored by your enemies?
Would you fight back if all of the world hated your action in doing so?
If you would fight back then why are opposing the war on terror? After 9/11 there were many people against war in Afganistan? When Iraqis were firing rockets on American bases that were safeguarding the Kurds and the Shiites and our soldiers were under harm's way why was it wrong to declare war on Iraq?
Why is it wrong for Israel to retaliate when the Palestinian terrorists fire rockets on Israeli cities of Sderot and Ashkelon?

I'm 18 and i'm gonna join the Marines, my parents of course are not happy about that. They always try to convince me not to join by telling me how the soldiers and Marines suffer in time of war, but i know that and that it ain't gonna get me to not join. Now they are going really out of hand by saying that they give them DRUGS without them knowing it. Like in water or something. What kind of bull$hit is that!?? Supposely they heard it on the spanish news, they are mexicans. I really wish i can talk to some parents who have sons and daughters in Iraq so they can tell my parents how untrue that is. All i wanna do is serve my country, forget the benefits!, i'm joining to earn the title Marine and protect and serve our country.

I would like to apologize for all of the stupid, ignorant, underage, "conservative" children that post questions on Y!A. I would like to tell you that not all conservatives are like that. I'm sorry. To keep this a question so it's legal; Are there any thoughts on this matter?

Scores killed in Baghdad market blast: STEVEN HURST, Associated Writer

BAGHDAD, Iraq - A suicide bomber driving a truck loaded with a ton of explosives hidden beneath cooking oil, canned food and bags of flour obliterated a Baghdad food market on Saturday, killing at least 124 people in one of the most fearsome attacks in the capital since the U.S. invasion in 2003.

However, Bush said it's OK and to be expected. We are winning Bush says.

It was the fifth major bombing in less than a month targeting predominantly Shiite districts in Baghdad and one provincial city to the south. This one leveled about 30 shops and 40 houses, witnesses said. President Bush requested the USA people to stand by his plan and we will show the enemy we mean business.

I don't have any problem with Barack Obama. Whether he's ready to get my party's nomination and lead is another story. However, considering that his last name has just one letters difference between it and that scum Osama, it could be a problem in him getting votes. What do you think ? How much of an impact do you think it will have in his bid to become President ?

When you found out he smoked, did that make you lose a little respect for him? Personally, as someone who is not planning to vote for him, it actually made me respect him a little more. But the reasons are probably because it undermines a few liberal beliefs and my evil self laughed in a cynical way from such

Is knowledge of the “goal” of the conspiracy the same as knowledge of the conspiracy? I've read that in order to convict someone of conspiracy they have to have "knowledge." I've read "knowledge of the goal" and knowledge of the conspiracy." It seems different (you can know that a conspiracy exists but not know what the conspirators are trying to accomplish). My question is, do courts treat the two statements as the same thing? Can someone by convicted of conspiracy if the had knowledge of its existence and voluntarily helped out (but had no idea what the goal was)? Lets say that they at least knew the goal was probably criminal. Would that be enough? Thanks:-)

im against seat belts. reason is i was in a really really bad accident and if i had on my seat belt i would have died and it states it in the police report. so none the less i dont wear my seat belt and will never wear one. i got pulled over the other day for not having it on and i didnt get a ticket for it just got a ticket for no proof of insurance cuz the new one wasnt in the car yet (stupid on my part i know) but why do they have seat belt laws yes it can save lives but there are phones people doing makeup, changing just alot of dumb things that can cause an accident yet there are no laws against these. yes seat belt law brings in cash but shouldnt it be the person's choice cuz it doesnt affect anyone else or if your not wearing one it doesnt cuz an accident. i just really really hate the seat belt law cuz once you get one they keep stoping you for it and they can stop me 100 times and i still wont have it on, i'd rather pay the fine than my life so who can i write im in michigan

I've heard some contractors say that, but you know, I'm the kind of person that doesn't believe it till I read it on the Internets.

Is there an official site which claims this. www.osha.gov is silent on it.
