Very recently we had an individual crash into our car, totalling it, during the night. They initially left the scene (He was likely drunk at the time) but the police were able to find the person and the vehicle. Now, this person is not responding to his insurance company. He is not answering their calls and he refuses to call them. I am being told that they cannot do anything until he contacts them. This leaves me with no vehicle and no answers. How long can he legally do this? What can I do? I live in Indiana.

Should we really doubt the evidence?

The assumption is the average layperson, us, is too stupid to judge for themselves. Thus it becomes a politcal argument, with the loudest mouth winning.

A meterelogist is a person who studies the weather. Not an environemnt group. The WMO (World Meterologist Association) funded this study.

I just got a Razr as a surprise from parents,and I took it to school(like eveyone does)and the gay kid who has tried to act like my friend at times took it and ran off with it.I chased him down and he got stopped by another friend of mine.I got it returned but in my anger i called him a "puccie"take note hes like needs anger management classes.If you so much as laugh at him hell attck you.So he started following me,I told him"i try to be your friend but you just dont listen"then he put his arms around me said"shut the **** up dude"and tripped me and I fell upper back first onto the ground.I ran off with the wind completely knocked out of me.I thought the pain would be gone by the first three days but it hasnt.I cant even jump without my lower chest hurting.If I require some sort of cast or even surgery,do I qualify to sue him or more technically his parensts.?But if its just meds and ill be alright I wont even think about.
I cant even tipply toe.
This occured Monday January 29,2007.

Well i had a dream about terrorist attacking west virginia and i was there and i remember they were flying in small jet planes throughing bombs and grenades and one droped infront of me and i remeber praying to god asking him to forgive me for all my sins and i was asking to enter the kingdom of heaven because in my dream i knew i was going to die and it was so real and when the bomb exploded right infront of me i woke up and then i was so tired i fell back to sleep and i remember my brother being with me infront of a house and i was huging him for the last time because we both were going to die and when the second bomb exploded i woke up agian and this time i stayed up! and i keep having scary feelings like gods touching me or somthing and a few days ago i was in the middle of talking to my moms boyfriend about the bible and all of the sudden i felt this big wave in my body and i kind of heard a wishy washy sound and then i just burst out into tears?I need to know whats going on??????

In the last 98 years the us dollars value has fell 98% in relation to the average worldwide currency. Yet the US is spending billions on the war in IRAQ every day. The US Debt is estimated at 10 trillion dollars. To put this in perspective ; to get out of debt today. Every US citizen would need to pay 100,000.00 dollars each !!!!! Where did all this money GO ? There are many answers online to search through. Although many just speculate.

Hi, I have a question. My mother was married and had a child (me) with him in 1990-91. He was in a white collar drug dealing business (my mom never knew) and with outstanding cooperating only got 6 years 6 mos in prison.
I was very little at the time and he kept great contact with me with letters, cards, presents, phone calls. Obviously my parents marriage deteriorated and she got the marriage annulled. She remarried a man who eventually became my adopted father.
I'm wondering how this happened and why my biological father has no parental rights to me, since he had posed no threat to me and wanted to be an active father. I know that when I was little, I was very confused about my father and went to child counseling because I was for some reason, scared of him and didn't want to see him. I guess I was confused. So could that have had to do with it or what?
I'm kind of upset over it and would like to find my father when I'm 18. For now, I'd just like this answer. Thank you.

I am really tired of his ignorence, my head aches with anger on how he is such a hypocrite on the issue of how Saddam Hussein treated his citizens which is far less worst then what is going on in Darfur, why doesn't he care? Is it because there is no oil in Darfur? I bet there are people actually WISHING that our troops would be in Darfur protecting the innocent defense-less children women, as Theodore Roosevelt once quoated "We will protect the poor and remain a world cop and eliminate anyone who opposes our actions" why hasn't Bush carried this on?
