The infidels are introducing modern ideals with their own motivations, and fascism will push the cream to the top. Let us hang on to our ideals. OH wait, we would like to have nuclear power plants and use the nuclear waist to make a few bombs. Do you mind? We just want to be equal with other world powers but we want our people to remain in the dark ages. Iran wants a buffer to western pressures. Leaders there would like it if we did not see them hanged. That is a few reasons.

because they want to control the gulf area, the other countries of the area will not allow this, if the US pulls out of Iraq and iran goes in then the other nations of that area will have to act. can you say $100.00+ per barrel oil?
