Should we really doubt the evidence?
The assumption is the average layperson, us, is too stupid to judge for themselves. Thus it becomes a politcal argument, with the loudest mouth winning.
A meterelogist is a person who studies the weather. Not an environemnt group. The WMO (World Meterologist Association) funded this study.
feel free to read and ask whether we should be listening to Anne Coulter et al, and doubting it all.

before we claim somebody is biased, you have to establish a reason for bias.

For the genius who claims 'FISH STOCKS ARE INCREASING", as a Canadian I'd ask him to kindly go to Newfoundland and tell those fishermen to get back to work!! (We ran out of cod there.)

FOR YOUR INFORMATION temperature changes are less than 0.20 of degree over 10 years on average. At least that's what I heard. I'm currently reading the report.
The people writing the report I've enclosed are not government people. They are the guys that predict the weather.

Yes we should doubt anything any government tells us. There is no actual evidence of global warming, or of climate change. Have you felt colder or hotter recently than what is usual for the season? Was your summer any hotter than usual? Was your winter any colder? Common sense should tell you that. These are fear tactic's used against us in order to control humankind, not reality.

Global warming/climate change has just become a new religious cult based in greedy power grabbing and hopes of world domination through "climate legislation". In the past it was the religious zealots who burned the truth telling scientists at the stake today it is climate change political zealots trying to silence the truth tellers and sell the world some very expensive SNAKE OIL. It seems global warming advocates are determined to turn logic and biology upside down. Anyone who remebers basic high school biology knows carbon dioxide is essential to plant life as oxygen is essential to human life. These two basic facts can't be separated. Only Obama-style liberals will attempt to convince us about how critical combating global warming is to the Earth's survival. As then Sen. Hillary Clinton said to Gen. David Petreaus, we must be "...willing to suspend all disbelief." I'm not willing to do so! Global warming, or climate change, which ever they decide to call it this year, is not based on science at all. it's all based on the consensus of a few scientist who have something to gain by furthering this farce. Guess what that is? $$$$ Anyone who believes Carbon Dioxide is a pollutant should stop breathing. Since we exhale Carbon Dioxide in every breath, we are literally polluting the atmosphere. So stop breathing and reduce your carbon footprint, or say NO to cap and trade & the whole global warming hoax. We can't project an accurate forecast a week in advance and yet we say that we're doomed in the future? I believe in eliminating waste and keeping things clean so that I, and my family, can safely enjoy the outdoors but I also know where the comforts of life come from and that is manufacturing that uses energy and supplies that are either grown or mined somehow. Follow the research grants and see what is being pushed. I have a simple question I would like someone to answer for me, If the specific gravity (relative density) of air is 1.00 and the specific gravity (relative density) of CO2 is 1.5189, that means CO2 is heavier than air and settles on the Earth's surface where green plants need it. How then can CO2 be in the Earth's upper atmosphere and stratosphere trapping the Sun's rays and heating up the planet? Anybody? Anybody? Hello? That's what I thought.

No doubt about it, I'm hot and getting hotter. My manatees, sea turtles, and whales are dieing at a horrendous rate due to big business pollution. The dioxins are everywhere; water, dirt, air etc. My government doesn't want complete air monitoring for all states because it would show how bad off we really are. Our hazardous chemical safety regs were created in the days of Louis Pasteur and based on Rats! Excuse me, I'm a Human Being! To update the Regs would mean "total accountability" for Big Business and our Government....? Ever notice the Acts, (Right to Know, Clean Air, ect.) my government is excluded. Lockheed is a major polluter, can be found on the EPA Toxic Release Inventory List. My government agencies can be found on Lockheed's Clientele List. So how do we make them accountable? The #'s are 46 to 3 but "the bottom line rules everywhere." What good is it if we can't breathe or die in a disaster? I don't have to be a scientist to notice the changes right in front of my face. Thank you !

The whole concept is hard to grasp, but yes there is global warming. The ice age that killed all the dinosaurs was only a drop of a few degrees. Two more increased degrees will eventually melt ice caps. The scientist are all over the place and really are confusing. The result of the CO2 gasses that we introduce today will take effect in twenty years. It is hard for me to plan what I'm doing tomorrow let alone twenty years.

I don't think they doubt that everyday people are too stupid to understand this. Actually it is everyday people that are pushing the issue, by making movies about the issue, by buying non-gas guzzling cars, and recycling. Its just we need "our leaders" to understand so they can make the huge changes to save our environment and to cut back on destroying it. To cut back on energy uses like; oil, cutting down forests, drilling in our oceans, oh and let's not forget billions of dollars on war which cloud be better used to save our evironment. Big changes need to happen with our government and anyways why would scientists all over the world lie about global warming? THe meterologist is probably the best person to study this because they are the one's who notice that temps all over the world are changing at a drastic pace. So who better to do a study? They aren't an environmental group, but they do deal with the environment everyday.

There are ten times as many scientist that disagree....Don't forget this was by invite only.
So if in fact Global warming poses a threat than theoretically speaking "If" it was a coming Ice Age presenting itself , could we simply burn some more oil fields throughout the world to fend off a Global cooling?

sure, there's no evidence at all the earth is warming up. actually, its getting colder. nevermind the liberal doomsday people. they just wanna scare everyone and stop the big corporations from making more money than God has. the environment can withstand anything. fish stocks in the sea also are increasing, not decreasing. and America has more trees than it ever had. and no species of animals are going extinct in the world. all just propaganda!!! trust Bush and the Repubs.
