The pair of leather boots is the usual National Police Cadet Corps cadets wear.
I have tried polishing with a thick layer of kiwi but the cracks doesn't cover up. I need an answer as soon as possible or I have to purchase a new pair of boots.

Ok try this. Clean your boots thoroughly. Apply thick layer of kiwi polish to to boots. With a hairdryer on high heat, blow dry until outerlayer is dull and dry. Buff with soft cloth. If cracks are still prominent, apply another coat of polish, mist with a little water, dry with hairdryer until dry and dull. Buff with a soft cloth. (Avoid using a shoe buffer brush, as it will sweep the polish out of the cracks.

You can try to strip the old polish off using vodka or a rubbing alcohol; that will get you back to the base and you can try over. Make sure you save some vodka for yourself. For scuff marks, apply tooth paste with a damp cloth and then wipe it off after about 30 seconds. Make sure that any time you clean your boots, you let it dry slowly; high heat temperatures cause cracks as well. If nothing else, check with the manufacturer of your boots for a complete refurbishing. You may have to send in your shoes to the factory, but you’ll get back a pair of shoes that look almost new. Another suggestion is that good ol' military polish. Soak the Kiwi in hot water to soften up the polish. It will work into the leather better and apply it with a soft old tee shirt.

You can't get rid of them, but if you use both kiwi shoe polish and parade wax you should be able to cover most of them up.
