Will they cut funding so our troops have to beg for food on the streets of Baghdad, will our troops have to pay for their own AMMO, Will our troops have to steal fuel for their equipment? Will they CUT and RUN?

Our country was founded on Christian values, Christian values won out in the slavery issue, Christian values is winning in the racial equality arena, why not Christian values to settle abortion, immigration and economic equality?

This should fry the circuits of the neo-libs, but when the smoke clear, I expect some will 'try' to answer it.

1) Iraq is in a civil war between Shiites and Sunnis.
2) The government is full of Shiite militia men. The Iraqi government is just an extension of the Shia militia.
3) The US Army is being used as a pawn by the Iraqi government to wage war on the Sunnis.
4) The Shia are allied with Iran.

So basically the US military is being used as a pawn to eliminate the Sunnis so that the Iran-allied Shia can take complete control of the country.

It is only people who do not understand these facts who still support Bush.

I've seen many leftists complain about righties wanting to "impose their morals upon the masses".

I can see your point...but my question is:

If the Democrats are in power, will they or will they not be imposing their values on everyone? Example: Legalized Abortion, Gun Control, Stem Cell Research, etc.

While those things may have good intentions, in reality, those items (values) will be forced upon the masses.

Is this just another case of Liberal Hypocrisy?

As a side question...how long will it take until I'm reported for this question? I've found those who disagree with me will abuse the report button.

Kervorkian was kind of a jerk because I think he was all about publicizing himself, not necessarily the issue. However, I think that it's kind of obscene in this country that we force people to live through pain and suffering that they would rather end with dignity. How far away is the US from allowing euthanasia? Have we come closer since realizing the degree to which people overreacted in the case of Terry Schaivo? Do you support or are you against the idea? Wow that's a lot of questions.

I read that the Iraq invasion caused Iraq to lose its oil contracts where American and British oil companies seized those contracts.

I also read that Iraq's government needs to vote on having foreign oil companies (particularly the US and British) drill Iraq's oil reserves and keep 75% of the profits (leaving Iraqis with only 25% of the profits). The Iraqi government is influenced by the US, so of course it will vote in the favor of US and Brits oil companies.

US and Brit oil companies claim that this is the only way to get Iraq back on track with profiting from their own oil reserves.

Isn't this a classic example of imperialism? Woe to the Iraqi people for having their most valuable resource slowly being stripped from them.

Hello, I am curently doing a project about the Millitary draft. I need to know do you think one is coming? Should the draft start up again? Should women be drafted also? we know some things about his ex wife. we know she leaves his 5 year old child home alone in the mornings with her other 10 year old daughter (from another relationship) to get themselves up and off to school. we susspect she is leaving them alone a night while she goes out on dates at least once a week.(my question what if they miss the bus?)( what if someone grabes them at the bus stop?)they dont ride the same bus. The child tells me that her mommy tells her that her daddy is bad and that he is mean. I know that she has moved 5 times in 2 years because of finaciall reasons. The child tells us quite offten that she hasent had breakfast because her sister woke her up too late or that she only had crackers for lunch. When we have her for the weekend on sunday when she knows she has to go home to her mom she is a holy terror!!! Ready to fight nothing makes her happy just plan mad at the world. There has to be something major going on for a child this young to act this way.what can we do?
