Whether you believe he is right or wrong, he campaigned on sayings like; he doesn't care what the poles say (and he doesn't), he said he would do what's right for the country and, he is doing what "he" thinks is right for the country.

Again, right or wrong he was voted in as the legitimate president of the United States. Because things are not going well for him at this time doesn't mean he has stopped being the president. When he is berated by his fellow citizens it sends a poor message to our allies. I prefer to think of him as my president and will vote for someone else in the next general election.

What's to like? Economically he has created a future disaster in the US. By engaging in a global campaign against terrorism that was never budgeted for we have had to borrow billions from foreign nations to cover the costs. China has been the primary source of funds, and will eventually call in the debt. It currently is in the $250 Billion range. The stock market is going strong, but that can pose a false gauge on the economy. The economy has always been a series of up and down cycles, but that much debt to one nation could create a larger dip in the downward swing in the future.

He is entertaining when he wrestles with the English language though. I find it sad and appalling when foreign dignitaries speak better than the President when English is a second or third language for most.

I have a different reason for liking Bush.....he has been good for Canada!!

Ask the average Canadian and they'll tell you they hate Bush, but the smart Canadians realize that during the last Presidential Election, Kerry's platform was damaging to Canada's economy. Bush has helped solve the soft-wood lumber debate, helped end the ban on Canadian beef, and has had policies that has helped trade between the two countries.

I like Bush because he is true to what he believes. He doesn't stick his finger into the wind every morning to see what he believes like so many liberals do.

He is doing what he believes is best for the country - not what will make him look good in the polls. He is an honest and hard-working man.

However, since you know this question has been asked a thousand times and answered a hundred times more than that, I'm guessing that you're just looking for more Bush-bashing. Sadly, I'm sure you'll get it.

I can't because it would be a lie. I don't want to fallow the Neocon path to what they believe is the righteous. The Republican party is severely wounded by their politics and abuse of others, the party is dismantling into what they really are, and that isn't what our Constitution defines America to be.

I like President Bush because he is honest and sticks to what he believes. Democrats seem to bask in the spotlight and will do anything to maintain power. They don't care about what's best for the country - just whatever will get them re-elected.

Well I prefere shaved..opps you mean the president. He provides lots of material for people to pick on him. It's fun watching the right try to make excuses for all the dumb things he's done.

I like the feeling of not knowing what my government is going to screw up next. It just lets you know that people are human and are capable of making mistakes.
