If the boss is having a fling with the new hire, what can I do, as HR, to protect the company. I warned him not to do as I was able to see it coming, however, the temptation was too hard to resisit, appearantly. I would love specific resolutions or ideas about how I can protect not only the company, but him as the owner and boss. Thanks so much for any assistance provided.

Most of the voters in California have children or grandchildren. Many more have brothers and sisters, and all I would believe prefer their rights as opposed to the rights that most citizens living outside America enjoy.
Does she still make decisions for her 17 and older children and grandchildren? Is this why she thinks wealthy (Over 20 grand a year income) people will be much happier having the government take their money and re-distribute it as opposed to allowing them to donate it to worthy causes?

According to CONSERVATIVE Glen Beck, American Samoa has NEVER been covered by U.S. minimum wage laws because the cost of living is so much lower there than on the mainland U.S.

So basically Nancy Pelosi didn't change a damn thing and once again Republicans are all smoke and no fire.

So what do you think, is this another political smear tactic? Even conservative Glenn Beck seems to think so and the FACTS are on his side.

By any faithful reading of the Constitution and the Federalist Papers, the power to "regulate commerce among the several states" strictly focused on trade and exchange between the states.

Since Missouri has "Jessica's Law,"which takes sentencing out of the hands of "Vermont"minded judges who turn child molestors back to their homes in weeks or months, why hasn't this individual been charged with it? There is far too much "wiggle room" in the conviction of a kidnapper, unfortunately.
